Finding the location was difficult using the map. Often, Grab/Bolt drivers would get confused about which street to turn onto. There was also nearby construction, which started very early each day we stayed, disrupting our sleep.

The location is a tough one. 20-30 minute walk to closest MRT station. Makes it very quiet though!

Great pool. Clean rooms. Nice showers. Friendly staff No wardrobe. Place is pretty far away of anything. 30 mins of walk to the metro station ( in heat)

The location was good for what we needed. Not a lot around, but great local food & markets. Not too far of a walk to Big C / mall. The glass walls between the bathroom and rest of the room made turning the light on in the middle of the night wake the other person up occasionally.

It was private and very clean I liked everything about the property

It’s cozy and quiet. Thanks to the amazing staff that understood my situation and provided the best service. I arrived to Bangkok very early, my check in was supposed to be at 3 pm, but I arrived to hotel at 10 am, I was very exhausted after my flight, unfortunately my room wasn’t ready (I have booked a room with 2 adjoining bedrooms) because I was staying with a friend. So the staff understood my situation and provided 2 separate rooms for me and my friend and checked me in immediately so I could get some sleep. I’m so grateful to these amazing people. Definitely will stay here again!

It's a great hideaway from the busyness of everything, everyone staying and the staff were all extremely kind and the room was comfortable. Only difficulty is that it's a 25-30 minute walk to the nearest mrt. Did it a few times and it wasn't terrible! But most of the time we got a grab wherever we went.

The place is decent, clean and the photos correspond to reality, Staff do not speak good English but they make their best to help and support the guests. Two points were extremely disappointing: the location is very bad it seems to be an industrial neighborhood and in the bathroom we constantly felt a smell of sewage.

I can't stay for the 2 nights,l have been booking because of the noise from the contraction right in front of the place and my unit l got the offer is right in front of their noises of workers, and l could not get refund for the payment even l can't stay there and l have to leave immediately.

We’ve a reservation for 3 nights, but we had to find a new place to stay after 1 night. Room No. 103, the bathroom has a very bad smell coming up from the sewer, the AC takes a long time to feel comfortable. As for the facilities, there is nothing besides the minipool, self service, check-in/check-out or anything needed, you have to call the owner. I think the hotel is suitable for solo travel, your couple or traveling for work. Not suitable for family travel. The location, we had to get a Grab to pick us up. You can also walk from the hotel to find a taxi at the main street. If traveling from Sukhumvit to and from the hotel, the car gets stuck on a traffic jam, pretty exhausting from traveling when get to the hotel. Personally, it is not worth it compared to the convenience we received from the hotel. Overall, I maybe recommended this hotel for people who want to save on accommodation costs and for those that okay with the location and services.

Loved the ambience. Loved the staff and the hospitality. Loved how quiet it was. How far it was from main attractions provided the traffic in Bangkok is pretty much packed in the afternoons throughout the evening
