Breakfast options for me as Pakistani was not too much and when o am ordering from outside I have to go down to the lobby to pick my order. It should be allowed to come to the room.

I got new bug bites and itches on my leg every single day I was here. Very sure it’s coming from this hotel. Because I stayed in another hotel for a week in this area. Walked around and did relatively the same activities. No bug bites. Moved to this hotel, new bug bites every day.

The AC is not working well, and unfortunately, the previous attempt to fix it didn't work. We've had to sleep in 26°C heat for a few nights now, which is very uncomfortable.

The staffs were so nice and accommodating. They are very helpful and we had a comfortable stay. My kids did enjoy their pool.

Definitely need updates. Especially inside the property itself, the room furnitures quite dated and the mattress was super hard which was really difficult to have a comfortable sleep. Previously stayed at other Oakwood properties but they were very nice.

The location was good We arrived the hotel at about 1 pm and we paid for our room and after that the workers said checked in time is 2 pm whic is okay. we dropped our luggages and walked around and came back at almost 3 pm. They said there is a problem and our room was not ready. And they didnt say anything else. We waited about 40-50 minutes and they gave us a room. We booked a room which has 2 double bed but they gave us 2 single (attached to one another) bed. When we entered the room, it was not quite clean. It was a bad experience.

Location was great, it's close to the center, you could reach most places by foot. Breakfast was included in my booking, along with dinner, breakfast was okay, you could put anything on your plate from all available choice on a table. My room was unclean, saw couple of spiders on a ceiling. The room itself was smaller than it looked on a photos. The wifi kept disconnecting after a certain period of time (10 min), had to login every time. My booking included dinner as well, which consisted of a menu, but on some days some food choice in the menu were not available, the staff told me that today they didn't have that kind of food which was included in the menu (in my case it was a steak). If you accidentally lose your room card, you will have to pay a fee of 200 tbh, a price for which you can get a big bowl of ramen in Bangkok, instead of paying a small plastic card. The gym room is extremely small

The location is good ? - a few minute walk from the Saphan Taksin BTS station ? . Also lots of nice shops, restaurants, bars nearby. There is a great little coffee place just up the street called Cosmic Cafe . The staff were welcoming and helpful on our check-in and during our stay. The staff in the restaurant outlet were amazing!! Really kind and helpful. Overall we just found the hallways, room and pool area to be dirty. Walking from the elevator to our room we could see remains of spills on the floor and sometimes on the lower walls. Our room didn’t seem clean - I used disinfectant wipes to clean the toilet and sink myself. The floors just seemed like they could use a good mopping. We stayed just over a week and only asked for our room to be cleaned and sheets changed twice - a bit disappointing that the first time the bed was just remade without changing the sheets. The second time (our last night) we insisted on new sheets. On the last night we definitely felt a change in how we were being treated - like we had suddenly done something wrong. The morning of our check-out was a fiasco. One of our party was asked for her key card at 7:30am when check-out is usually much later in the morning. Unfortunately this last experience left a bad impression. We realize that it’s not fair to be negative about all the staff - most were really nice, professional and accommodating. I guess this is an example of how it only takes one or two “bad apples to spoil the whole bunch”.

Location and staff very friendly and helpful. I prefer a softer bed however the staff was very helpful to make it work out.
