Unfortunately, the staff assigned me a room with a broken air conditioner.

It’s close to sukhumvit and gave free water at our room everyday (stayed in a private) Not social and one of the staff + owner was rude towards the end of our stay when we tried to book another night through booking, but they changed the policy last minute to cash only at the property, but when we said we would bring them the cash later in the day they said “no, check out then”and kicked us out after staying for 8 nights.

There is no key door lock at female dormitory bedspace. It's not safe.

There bathroom and toilet doors didn’t shut , no soap in the dispensers to wash your hands the toilet lids are hanging off the toilet.. my light in my bunk is it work, staff were rude and dismissive.. won’t stay again

No towels provided. The receptionists were unwelcoming and made me feel like I was staying for free. Many times, the toilets had no tissue. Overall, a very bad experience."

Clean and comfortable dorms for solo women. I forgot some belongings as I left in a hurry in the morning, When I called the front desk to check if they could keep my belongings so I could collect it later, the receptionist said there was nothing they found, but it was just a matter of 20 minutes from the time I checked out and called back to ask them to keep my belongings, but the receptionist flatly refused to help and she said there is nothing that they found, so be careful of your things as you will not get them back if you forget it at the property.

0 for the morning receptionist. 0 for the room because some bed spacers hung their clothes inside, and they had a strong smell, possibly from hair dye. Plus, one Thai bed spacer was rude and turned off the lights while I was opening my luggage.
