The staffs. Hard for the car to get through the lobby front drive way

It has a unique design. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very outdated. The fitness equipment is old and doesn’t work properly. We were unable to change the thermostat in the bedroom, so it was freezing all the time. Our bedroom door couldn’t be closed because there was a desk blocking the doorway. Half of the outlets didn’t work. The pool by the bar was very noisy. There was one family with several children in the pool at night who were rough housing and splashing everyone else in the pool. It was not relaxing, so we spent almost no time there.

Our room needed renovation. You can see that in its glory days Tower D was amazing. Our room was spacious but was run down.

When I did the booking I paid special for room with one bed ( not two that connected together) When I arrive the girl in the front desk told me there are no room left with one bed ans she can check tomorrow, I explain that I paid extra for one bed , but I said ok we will check tomorrow, the moment I enter the room was so strong smell of something that expired the room was not clean al all there was puke on the floor under the sofa the smell come from there and of course was beer bottle caps , was a stean in the sheets and of course dust in huge quantities the windows like dirty i cound see we'll the view,of course I took pic of everything, I got back to the girl in front desk and showed her the pic. She called the meneger probably abd she changed our room to a huge room ( probably was a suite ) it ws better of course but the TV was not working, the hotel have a huge potential but need renovation the furniture very old and , I was afraid to open the closet cuz afraid to break it .

The pool was great. Loved the eating options. You definitely need a taxi to go anywhere.

I had an Exec. Suite and the room was huge and comfortable with a large TV. And the view of the city was awesome. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, with foods from several cultures creating some good breakfast opportunities ! Internet was slow at times and the bed was not the best.
