The property is comfortable enough and breakfast is worthy. The location is quite distant from landmarks but there are shops and restaurants you can visit. Housekeeping are accommodating however, one time when we requested for a spoon and fork, it was a self-service (we had to go down at the reception to take them).

Although I couldn't stay at the hotel due to unforeseen circumstances, I was impressed by the flexibility, professionalism, and understanding of the reception team. Their support and kindness made a difficult situation much easier. I will certainly book this hotel again on my next trip to Bangkok. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The beds were comfortable, the hotel was quiet, the cul de sac roofbar was handy, and the breakfast was all you could wish for. The address shown for the premises on booking.com is misleading as the hotel is on a side street that runs off of Soi 49.

The smell was so bad and the room was so small not like the picture

My daughter and I stayed there for one night, but unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience. The air conditioning broke down, and although we informed the reception, there was no mechanic available on site. The staff were unable to fix the problem and asked us to sleep in another room while all of our belongings remained in the original room, which was very inconvenient.

Great rooftop and super friendly staff Rooms are dark, hotel entry is hidden in the parking lot, it’s a bit far from lively area

Helpful staff however a long walk to Emsphere. A shuttle service would have been most welcome to the closed BTS or mall. Very disappointed with the poor variety of breakfast considering I stayed in a hotel of the same group ( The Quba Hotel) before coming to Quartier

Awesome Bangkok hotel near all the fun. Great rooftop pool, comfy beds, good value, great location. Would highly recommend. I 20 min walk from all the action. Highly recommend. Our room was a bit small.

I liked the hotel, specially the rooftop, have a very cool atmosphere at nights and also in the morning using the pool. Room was cute, it had everything that we needed. Staff was mostly kind. Room was a little small (than expected). Gym was little but have many weights.
