We were here only for few hours - our flight was delayed and we needed few hours to refresh and sleep after night train- they find us room at 8.00 - there was no problem with very early check in, everything was perfect. Thank you so much;) highly recommended! Btw it’s our second time here - it was our first choice for the very first time in Bangkok - localization is very good, rooms are very clean and stuff is amazing.

It was a great value and the location was pretty centralized. Good breakfast, big room. Pool was the perfect temperature. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall it was great. The floor needed to maybe be swept a little better during housekeeping, but it was very clean otherwise. Also breakfast was good, but my kids did not like the waffles, they were always too cold.

The flexibility with the dates, cancelations and payment. The pool is awasome. Big comfortable rooms.

The staff wasn’t especially friendly or attentive. The outdoor patio area was a mess - bottles and dishes left on the tables and overflowing ashtrays - and when I mentioned it they made a half hearted attempt at cleaning it. The people at the front door pestered me about trips and going to a local tailor literally the minute I got out of the taxi.

Nothing to do around hotel. Very low commercial. 20 min from each mall no usb. In room no smart tv. No sun on pool.

The staff was really helpfull and welcoming. They offered us an early checkin which was a day saver. Lots of options for sightseing in the hotel as well

This attractive hotel is on a quiet side street, but close to 7-11 and tuk-tuk drivers. Room was very clean and spacious, and included a fridge. There was a spacious closet with a safe. Nice balcony with pool view, contained 2 sturdy chairs and table. The staff was quite professional, but not especially warm or friendly. The entry/lobby was spacious, elegant, and bright, with a piano player and singer some evenings. Tried the pizza in the restaurant one evening, it was good, but the crust was pre-made, not fresh. Service was efficient. The pastry case had some delicious cakes, we tried 2 kinds. The walls were too thin, we could hear everything next door, plus the kids running in the halls. The beds were too firm, but typical of southeast Asian hotel beds. Breakfast cost an extra 399 Baht, but the food was only mediocre, mostly Asian dishes. The pool was too cold and the hot tub was only lukewarm, not hot. The tour desk's packages seemed rather over-priced, and the tuk-tuk driver parked by the front door wanted almost 2X what the Grab quote was to take us on a 15 minute journey.
