I forgot that in Thailand, most places don’t provide hair dryers—and this place doesn’t either. There’s also no fan, so I couldn’t dry my hair. It’s my fault for not checking beforehand, though.

S44 Rooms is just a 5-minute walk from both Phra Khanong and Ekkamai BTS Stations. I chose to stay at this hotel because it’s budget-friendly, yet the service is outstanding. The owners are very accommodating, kind-hearted, and considerate. What I appreciate most about this hotel is its cleanliness and the comfort it provides. I highly recommend S44 Rooms! -

They wanted to charge you to store a bag after you checked out if you wanted to leave it until after 4p...they were friendly but seemed to not really be available at the front desk after 9p

Silent yet very accessible. Nine minutes extra BTS ride from Nana area. Some nice restaurants, spas and street food near by. Rooms and common areas are very clean. There's microwave oven in the ground floor common area. Communication at reception is a bit of a challenge. Check-in early or late check out would be a headache. Most of the time there's no one at reception. Guests come and go with access cards (that way safe and silent ).

Bee was helpful and accommodating but the lady staff was not that friendly. She seemed hesitant when I asked her if we can leave the baggage even if it says that luggages can be stored until 4pm.

Stayed here with my husband and my son. The room is very comfortable. The landlord is very nice and welcoming. The overall stay is just so great! Really recommend this place for anyone who stays alone or traveling with family. It is a home-like space.

S44 is nearer prakanong bts station, than it is ekkamia bts, ideal if traveling light. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Kettle and cups supplied but no coffee, also room safe was locked ? ,not to bothered as only there 1 night. Nothing to dislike really, only it should be advertised as being nearer prakanong bts station, rather than ekkamia, ekkamia is about a 15 minute walk, where prakanong is about 5 minutes walk.
