The room is too small and the view is not that good

Hotel location is near to urban area. There is a shuttle for drop off you to main street but not for pick up.

Location was really great! You can walk easily walk to IconSiam. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel had cold water bottles for you to take whenever, and free ice cream as well. They have a free tuktuk service, but it doesn't take you very far. The room was very nice and the AC got super cold. There is a cafe right next door with lots of offerings. They also let us check in early! Our first room had a strong smell of mold/mildew. We then found little bugs on the bedsheets, and around the bedframe. We were freaking out that they had bed bugs, but upon further research, we realized they were bugs that liked to feed on mold. We called the front desk, and they were happy to move us to a new room. The cleaning lady came in to check and said she didn't see anything and seemed really annoyed at us. Front desk staff was great though!

Amazing hotel with the most kind and helpful staff! 10/10 recommend. Also a great central location close to the train and river taxis!

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I had extra family members who needed rooms last minute, and they were very quick to assist, making sure we were all on the same floor. Can’t think of any, we only stayed for one night and would 100% recommend.

The staff were all extremely attentive and welcoming. The property was very clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood and somewhat hidden so it felt safe. There were two closely located 7/11s, the free tuk tuk to the main road made it a short walk to ICON Siam. Not a dealbreaker for me but the gym, pool, and rooftop were closed far too early (8:30 pm), but maybe there is good reasoning.

The staff were amazing and very helpful especially these staff members were excellent: Supaporn, Jirapat, and Kharitha Oil! Would highly recommend and very clean and great location! Everything was great

The restaurant adjacent to the hotel, Grow, is very good but skip the overpriced cocktails. For the price, no complaints!

Everything. The hotel was probably the best we had during our entire stay in Thailand. Its so pretty, clean, staff is amazing and you can easily walk to Iconsiam. -

My (corner) room had 3 ac compressor units including my room in the service duct which is accessible from the room and noise is not minimal when all 3 are operating.

The street where the hotel is located is a little off the highway but close to massage centers and ICONSIAM.

Great value for location. Cafe next to hotel has good breakfast menu. Location is hard to reach without going down a narrow street. Neighborhood surrounding hotel is older and not modern. But IconSiam Mall and several newer luxury hotels are just 15 -20 minutes walk away.
