Location is great. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Bathroom is clean, hairdryer and other amenities are included. Fully functioning and equipped kitchen. Rooms and lobby smell great. All staff are courteous and helpful. Always smiling and communicative. Walking distance to Chong Nonsi BTS station. Balcony is a juliette balcony - only for standing. Though the building is well maintained and clean, it is beginning to get dated.

Plenty of space. There is a cafe at the lobby. 2 shops of 7-11 around the apartment. Nice bars around there. Tiny parking space at basement (BTS skytrain or Taxi is recommened)

Quiet area Very humid in the room and AC gave off a weird smell. Clearly the AC faciltiies were old.

The staff was friendly, the swimming pool was nice Location was good We had ants in our bed, the toilet didnt work properly.

Happy we got a room upgrade! Very accessible. It's located near Chong Nonsi Station and the Mahanakhon Sky Building and there's a near 7-11 Store. none

The location of the hotel is close to the metro station and main road. We stayed in a two bedder and four bedder room here as my parents joined us on the trip after. The airconditioning system in all the rooms we stayed at are very old, and leak. Causing the bedroom to smell terrible and feel moist.The AC system in room 302 was so loud that it was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep in that room, and the plumbing of the AC system leaked. When we approached the staff about the noise of the AC, an incredibly rude man came up to have a look. Instead of fixing it, he made it worse and proceeded to be extremely rude and aggressive. He had to be forced out of the room. (Most of the female staff here are lovely, we only saw rudeness from this one man every time we interacted with him. The rooms are relatively clean but extremely old and dark. The rooms on the side of the main road are very noisy too. The walls and windows don't have proper sound insulation.The mattresses are very uncomfortable and the springs are very loud! Do not waste your money here like i did!

The location of the property was great along with a fantastic pool area. The flat itself was comfortable and spacious for a family of 5. The flat was quite tired in areas and didn’t appear to have had a deep clean.

The location was good. The Staff was nice and accommodating. The Apartment was OLD $ Musty. Strong odor of mold. All facilities were old, over used, dingy. Towels were old, the carpets from the last century, the corridors & elevator shouting for a coat of paint and some polish & light.

I booked an apartment for 5 people. We arrived 7 (2 additional family members joined us). The receptionist changed our booking on the spot. She was courteous and helpful. Apartment had 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and everything you need. The rooms were spotless clean. Amazing. Pool on the roof was also great. Location is good, a short walk from King Power Mahanakhon and a sky train station. Nothing bad to say

Close to BTS station and street food just opposite. Friendly staff The microwave was faulty, aircon broke down on last day, room service only every 2 days

Roof top pool was amazing, staff super helpful and friendly. Location was amazing. Beds comfortable. We had a 3 bedroom apartment and it was absolutely perfect for us. Would definitely stay again. Nothing

Location, bed & pillows comfortable. More spacious than a typical hotel room. Facility is a bit rundown, could use some updates.
