This is my fourth time staying at Shama Lakeview Asoke, and I can honestly say it feels like a home away from home. The staff are always friendly, professional, and welcoming. The room is spacious and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The view is beautiful, and the bed is incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. I always enjoy my stay here and look forward to coming back again. The only minor downside is that the elevators can be a little slow, especially when staying on the higher floors. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Lovely view and good location for our Bangkok trip. They gave us a free upgrade to a much larger room and we enjoyed it. Bonus being able to get room service for a nominal fee. Being near the pool was loud at time as it was open until midnight. We did find some bugs (looked similar to ants) on the floors the second night.

Nice staff, big rooms, clean The breakfast was a tragedy, both options the small buffet was not worth the 350 baht, but staff was very nice! The coffee club breakfast option was even worse, bad unfriendly staff and it took extremely long time to get served (even when it was only us and another table. One morning they told us that today they did not have coffee (at The Coffee Club!).

Water from shower could easily get onto bathroom floor and a little high to step up into shower tub.

There is something wrong with ventilation or air conditioning in the rooms in general, and hotel management must do something about it. When we arrived and got our first room, it had quite a strong wet & moldy smell, so we asked to change it. We went to check another one, and it had some strong chemical paint like smell, which was unbearable. So we got another room and it was okay for 1 night, but on the second night it started to stink so much from the air conditioning that we could stay in the room. So we had to move again during the night to yet another room, which eventually was okay for the rest part of our stay. But in general, air conditioners in all rooms we had were very noisy, and you cannot set them to lower fan speed or to night mode.

next to 7/11 market and many massage services and a halal restaurant on the street with very delicious food no twin bed in the master room

The pool was perfect, the room was large and the beds were soft. There was a washing machine that also drys in the room. The attached restaurant has good food, and the convenience store in the building, is very convenient. The location is good, 5 mins walk from terminal 21 mall and the Asok BTS station, tuctucs also wait often outside the hotel. This was probably our most convenient and comfortable stay while in Bangkok. We didn’t care for his and hers jacuzzi and saunas, it probably helps with over crowding though, the pool area was never too busy. The bathroom was not the one in the photo of the room, although it was still a nice bathroom we wanted the one in the photos. There was no Netflix capability in our room, and tv stations were not very good or clear.

Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Room was spacious, great views and quiet. Facilities were fabulous, loved the pool, sauna, gym. The location was perfect for local restaurants and malls, whilst being safe and close proximity of all key points of interest. nothing, we've stayed 3 times, can't wait to return.

Location is great The deposit is high and it doesn’t make sense. The longer you stay, the higher is the amount. The issue is what you will do the this big amount during checking-out and you are leaving the country

The property was at excellent location. The rooms were clean and service was immaculate. Staff was super helpful and we had a very comfortable stay with two kids. Nothing to dislike
