The hotel is in a very central location. The old city is within walking distance. However, the area around the hotel is under construction and there are a lot of homeless people living on the streets. The streets smell bad. Bangkok is already very hot. The room becomes very hot and humid when the air conditioning is not working.

located on a back street, location was still close to almost all sites in the area. had security guard and 24/7 staff in the office had to walk thru homeless people on the streets to get to the property.

Great location, pretty building and rooms. The staff was friendly, helpful and even notified me when I left an important document. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the room amenities made our stay comfortable. The Great Palace and the Reclining Buddha were 15 minutes away walking which was great because we saved time and money (the traffic can get really hectic in that area) Nothing, everything was oerfect

Staff customer service was excellent. Clean tidy and comfortable. Situated in a very downmarket neighborhood. People begging and sleeping rough in streets close by. Air pollution in the city is also an issue.

Super helpful and Friendly , professional , clean, good old city location, abundant breakfast, very comfortable , perfect 3 star city hotel stay. English speaking. I would definitely recommend it and i would stay here again . Small thing but they should put some deodorizer or air freshener in the bathroom. There is an odor coming from the drain .

I’ve stayed at this property every year the last 4 years. Rooms are so comfortable and clean and great hotel all in all. Nothing bad to say.

The hotel is very close to the bus stop that you can take to the palace and nearby temples if it is too hot to walk. Location is central but off in a smaller street so you aren’t exposed to the loud noise of the Main Street. The night market is also very close by. Rooms are spacious and bathroom is also clean and well kept. Breakfast had a good variety, but not as tasty as other places I’ve stayed at. The omelette station is good with eggs freshly prepared to order.

Everything was wonderful here! The room was super clean. The staff were all super friendly & helpful. This location was great, too! There's a jazz club wine bar right around the corner. The breakfast was a wonderful inclusion, too! Centrally located to MBK mall, Iconsiam and CentralWorld malls. I will definitely stay here again. Not one thing was bad here. I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel stay!

The only downside is that there are homeless people that sleep on the street and you need to walk past them to get to the hotel. We weren’t super comfortable.

Very close to Khaosan Road but without the noise. Very friendly and helpful staff and above all clean and very comfortable. The pool and rooftop terrace are a great addition if you want to relax at the hotel. The street it’s on is not the cleanest. We got breakfast included which was basic but good enough to fill your boots before heading out for the day.

Everything was oustanding, especially the staff's service and attitude. ask for a room not right next to the elevator, if you're very sensitive to noise
