Nothing The ac were not working, no room service the pool was unclean staff were rude no toiletries room was extra small with the unwanted smell pathetic never visit this place

Location I neutralized two big insect in my room. The air condition was working so loudly and I couldn’t sleep. Housekeepers were talking loudly early morning. While checking out, receptionist was sullen against us.

Location and facilities. I was badly mistreated by one of the staffs from the lobby - about noon/evening shifts, who shouted with me in front of everyone in the reception and it was very shameful ?; after an incident of dollars that disappeared from my passport’s wallet inside of my room the staffs start to look at me like I did something against them and the fact is I was the victim; after a police report and authorization to check the cctv cameras the shift noon/evening staff don’t want to let me check the cameras related to the days of my staying till the disappearance of the money and to almost call the police; in the first night at the hotel appeared a mark on my forehead that it’s also included in the police report; etc.

Centrally located with lots of restaurants and shopping close by The fridge door broke off and the air conditioner leaked but it was still a nice stay. At least we had a fridge and and air conditioner

Nice room good location staff were helpfull Lots of renovations happenng which is a good thing but was a little noisey during the day but that just means future guests will be happy with everything

The music from the cafes and bars at the street was very loud, until early in the morning. Not the hotel's fault of course, but something to consider if you're not looking to party but are looking for a good night sleep.

Bed comfortable. Pool and location good. Loud noise from a band all night until about 2am every night. They did not let my friend come upstairs to relax with me in my room because she was not staying there.
