Room is small but clean. The air conditioners make too much noise and lady in the reception kindly changed my room. Location is 20-25 min walk to Chinatown and you can easily go many places by bike or taxi. There is a laundry inside where you can wash and dry your clothes. In general everything was good.

Perfect location and girl at the frond desk so kind I didnt like that they allow people to smoke weed in common areas!

Was forced to enter building with some random people or to write and wait for 15 minutes until some women come and opened for me bad location

I like the accommodations and the information was speaking English. Foreigners are smoking, the door is too loud to close.

The lady in the reception is the star of this place.. the rest is average!

Very kind staff. I arrived at 1am and the desk woman showed me the laundry area so I could do late night load of laundry which was very much needed.

Excellent value for money, rooms are clean, close to the Panfa Pier. The area is not tu busy with party tourist. 20+ minutes walk away from Khaosan road. to get food, street food except 7/11 you need to walk a little bit.

I woke up with ants all over my clothes and body. Totally unpleasant. Do not bring a gram of food from the outside also where you will have the misfortune of having even more. Even a simple bottle of water. Totally unacceptable. The mattress was hard as iron. The sink is completely clogged.
