Very nice apartment style room. We enjoyed the setup of the room and the quality of accommodation. I was working remotely during this stay and it was very easy from a location and a WiFi perspective. I would definitely stay here again. Nothing. Enjoyed it.

It's a great place to stay! Close to lots of shopping areas and nice eating places. They have a vehicle they use to transport guests to and from a local transportation hub making getting around the city very easy! The people who work at this hotel are very welcoming and helpful! Breakfast every morning was delicious! The bed was a little hard for me!

The hotel staff was very helpful and nice. Our room was like a little apartment with everything needed - kitchenware, washing machine, washing detergent, drying racks and closets with all the room for our luggage and clothes. The hotel is very clean and beds super comfortable. The hotel certainly exceeded our expectations. -

The property was clean, very comfortable, and modern. Great location within easy walking distance to many things interesting. Also, it has close access to the subway system for extended dat travel. All good.

Comfortable. Nice staff. Farley good location. I’m more patient. Like to be in centre of action Washer dryer is not a dryer. No news channels except al jazzeer. You think they would know many tourist from North America. Shower water warm at best. Fluctuated cold to warm. Although my friends in next room said there shower was fine

I just had a one-night stay in Bangkok, and the location was perfect for the metro - just one stop to the airport rail express. The Hotel was just 250m from Sukhumvit Metro station. No view from my level 3 window, but if that's important for you, you could just request an upper floor.

We chose the location because we know that the area is vibrant and close to restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and had plenty of room to add the additional single bed for our child. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The price point is a bit high when looking at other options which have closer proximity to the BTS.

They run a very tight ship. Obviously very well managed, supervised with very high standards for EVERYTHING. It’s my second time there and it’s still flawless in every way, shape and form. This is my go to when in Bkk from now on.

We were upgraded to the Executive Studio and it was pretty great - washer dryer, comfy tub, and plenty of room to spread out after a few weeks of traveling. The pool was a nice surprise (great rooftop view) and there was a limited shuttle service - overall it exceeded our expectations. The Location, while very central to Bangkok, was a bit far out from the more "touristy" locations - if you like malls and nice restaurants, this is a very good spot, but if you are looking to explore Chinatown or other "downtown" areas, it's not so easy to get around. Traffic in Bangkok is crazy - plan accordingly.

We really enjoyed our stay at Somerset. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. They were super helpful with rides to the trains station and any questions we had. The drain in the tub could be better.
