From the moment you step into the lobby, you can tell this is a beautiful and well-appointed hotel. The room was spotless, and the location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk from both BTS Asok and Sukhumvit MRT stations. The staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and always easy to talk to, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Exceptional value for money. No lotion included in the hygiene kit. It would have been a nice addition to an otherwise excellent stay.

The cleaning staff were really polite and helpful. The rooms were clean, and a decent sized room. The hotel was well situated if you are going to take the tram and metro. If you plan on only taking ubers I would stay somewhere else. Not a great walking neighbourhood unless you are looking for Soi Cowboy, and the hotels artwork on arrival seems to match that theme. That was a bit off putting. All the restaurants in the area are expensive ($100 pasta restaurant and we got food poisoning from the indian restaurant attached to the hotel). There are lots of Mcdonalds and 7/11s within 2-5 minute walk, so not aweful. Its a bit noisy and the canal has a very strong smell.

Location was convenient from BTS and MRT stations. This is a repeated yearly stay since 2023 and each time the hotel does not disappoint. On 1 day our room door did not seemed to lock properly and we were a little surprised to find the door slightly ajar when we returned.

The location is excellent! It’s only a 3 minute walk to both the BTS and Metro. Terminal 21 is right next door, and there’s a 7-11 just across the street. On the first day of my stay, I noticed the toilet seat was old and damaged, the floor felt sticky, and the amenities tray had visible dirt around the edges. I reported this to the front desk, and fortunately, the situation improved on the second day. Still, the toilet seat definitely needs to be replaced. Overall, I would rate this hotel closer to a 3 star experience rather than a full 4 star one.

Great location! Super close to Terminal 21 shopping centre, multiple restaurants/cafe for brunch or dinner, Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT which made travelling convenient. Multiple 7/11's located around the surrounding streets with 1 across the road! Staff were super friendly and helpful when required. Appreciated that the mini fridge was stocked with free water during my stay. The hotel also provides baggage storage services which was helpful on my last day as my flight wasn't until the evening. Overall, I had a great experience staying here and would consider coming back on another visit :) Noticed some minor stains on sheets/pillowcases and on the laundry bag provided to my room

We have been coming to Bangkok every year for the last 4 years and we always stay at SQ Hotel. The location is perfect with its very close proximity to Terminal 21 mall, the Asok BTS Skytrain and MRT, multiple excellent restaurants and walking distance to the lovely Benjakitti park. The staff there are always extremely gracious and accommodating. The rooms are quiet and bright with large windows and very comfortable beds. The air conditioning is perfect and reliable. The hotel is very clean and well appointed and is consistent with boutique style lodging. The lobby area is beautiful and inviting with 24 hour staffing. There is a good restaurant on the ground floor. Nothing to complain about

I STAYED IN THIS HOTEL LAST YEAR N WAS PROVIDED WITH FREE BREAKFAST . THIS YEAR I WAS NOT PROVIDED EVEN AFTER NUMEROUS REQUESTS VERY DISAPPOINTED. Assistant manager KK is excellent

Decent stay at a very central location. Quiet rooms if not facing the main street. Spacious room, comfortable mattress, overall good experience. Minor improvement more attention can be paid to making the rooms spotless clean.

Nice hotel on a perfect location. Only 4 minutes walk to Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT. Terminal 21 around the corner. 7 Eleven across the street. I liked the colorful interior. Friendly welcome by Honey. Airconditioning was very loud. Only for that it is not a 10/10

Location is good. I must say, my breakfast experience was quite disappointing. The food was unremarkable, and the service was lacking. To make matters worse, the entrance had an uneven curb that nearly caused me to trip. Overall, this was undoubtedly the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced, and it was not worth the money.
