room cleaning

Traffic noise since my room is near to the main road.
-
there are scope to improve. towel and toiletries provided insufficiently and need to ask for more. as it is above metro station you might feel that there is earthquake every now and then

The hot shower didn't work and the shower head was broken.
-
Location and privacy Dirty Sofa, please remove that, no shocket for the electric kettle, scary shacky building

Bed was comfy, room was spacious and it was cleaned often. Hotel does not reply to emails or private messages on this platform, and the staff cannot speak English even when I called them. All I wanted was to check-in early due to 3am arrival. I had to send a local friend to the hotel to set that up and pay for that. Worst part was that when I arrived, the receptionist (through Google Translate, because they spoke no English) argued with me that I can't check in until 12pm, even when I showed him my receipt. After 30 minutes of insistence on my part he realized I'm not leaving and magically sorted it out (there were 'no rooms available' just a few minutes before that). Overall it was very unpleasant.

Excellent location! Everything you need is just a short walk away — malls, massage parlours, 7/11s, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff are incredibly friendly and cooperative, making the stay even more comfortable. The house cleaning is every 3 days. If you are travelling with a group then it becomes a mess in 3 days.

Cheap price and over all not bad maybe old but rooms are big. Wear and tear everywhere but for cost its fair. Pointless having tv in a room when they cant be used.
-
it's very hot without air conditioning
-
The building seized sometimes.
-
location was ok 5 min walk to most areas for food. night life about the same. tv does not work no discount for that. tea and coffee have to have down stairs in main little area. But there is a nice coffee shop next door.

Constant shaking of the building, feeling like an earthquake every few minutes. I couldn't sleep well. The room has no double lock to ensure privacy.

I booked this place for 2 people although I’m a solo traveler. It’s a bit far from BTS/Metro but it is in the center of the city, just next to terminal21. It doesn’t look like a hotel from outside but it is look and feel like a hotel from the inside. The window in the room should not be open because there’s a lot of smoke and soot trapped between the window and the glass covering the building. Yet the room is very spacious and doesn’t feel stifling. It was very clean but a small parts in bathroom of black mold stains. The bed is HUGE and comfortable. You also have mini fridge and a TV, but I didn’t use them. There is a safe in the room but it isn’t attached to anything, you can just grab it and go. What’s the point in that? Didn’t use it because of this. The staff super nice and helpful. In the nights I used to bring joinery girls and it was totally okay with them, not even asking for their passport/id. I would definitely book there again.
-
spacious room, comfortable bed, good shower pressure Room 402 gave me earthquake experience, the room kept shaking like there was earthquake and it happened regularly multi times a day. Not all staffs speak english leads to delay to provide water and changing towers. And super noisy as its right on the road.

No mirror in my room (probably was broken)

The location of the hotel is good, close to Terminal 21 and major attractions in Asok. The room was big with good facilities. The price is very good The housekeeping team did only clean my room when asked not on a daily basis. The hotel shakes a lot because of the metro passing under it so people should be aware before booking as i was thinking it was an earthquake on the first day. The room can have some newer facilities like the ac
