Sukhumvit Suites Hotel

Seems renovated not long ago and looks clean. Great location, covered walkway to BST, MRT & T21. MRT exit just on the corner of hotel main entrance. Hot water very unstable. Hot water comes up, only steady for a minute then turn to exterminate hot. Adjust it or not, it turn to complete cold water in another minute. Booked a double room, but other than towels, all other in-room-amenities are provided for one person. And the Camphor oil smell is too strong from corridor's dispenser.

The breakfast included is the highlight of the stay. Best part is that the breakfast is available from 7 am to 4 pm. Nice comfortable room. The resturant staff were really nice and helpful. So was one of the doorman (not the other one). Helped us with carrying the luggage. The only one regret we had, was that we booked a Floating Market tour with the other doorman without researching ourselves. That trip was a total waste of time and way too expensive. I could have booked it for a lot cheaper on klook or other online providers. He basically sweet talked to us into taking that trip. Please avoid the mistake we did, don't listen to that doorman, if he approaches you for any tours.

I had a wonderful stay at Sukhumvit Suites Hotel. I booked it for a 2-night transit before moving to Pattaya. Upon my arrival, the staff helped with my luggage, and the check-in was easy and smooth (remember to carry 2000 BHT cash for deposit). The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and practical. Wifi was great, which I needed as I was working. Breakfast options were great; the waiter pointed out the halal options for me, and I absolutely loved the cappuccino, which tasted like a real Italian cappuccino. Location was great, few steps awat from Terminal 21 mall which is worth visiting for sure.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We also really appreciated being allowed a complimentary one-hour late check-out, which made our departure much more convenient. The staff were all warm, friendly, and accommodating. A special thank you to Pocky and Chon, the bellboys, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were always cheerful, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel is also very family-friendly. We traveled with our 5-year-old and 2-month-old children, and the staff were kind, patient, and accommodating throughout our stay, which made traveling with young kids much easier. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is directly connected to the pedestrian overpass leading to Asok BTS Station and Terminal 21 Mall, while the MRT station is just a few steps away, making it incredibly convenient to explore Bangkok. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel to families, couples, and anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay in Bangkok. None

Reasonable price and noce breakfast.

Staff are very polite. They open the front door for you each time. The end of bed is too close to the wall. Guests are difficult to pass.

Location Noise

This was a great hotel! It's located in the middle of everything but quite inside. The staff go far beyond what's expected and are super friendly. The room was clean and quite with comfortable bed. I like it so much I will probably stay here exclusively. Only down was the view but I didn't care so much it's only 6 floors.

They upgraded the big room for me, I used some lock for the door but it locked me inside but the technician helped me out, very professional and very polite. The location is next to the MRT good place to stay!

Very helpful and friendly staff, clean room, incredibly convenient and central location - restaurant tied to the ground floor. 5 min walk to Terminal 21 mall, Metro and BTS station. They are basically next door. Beds were on the hard side. Cheap and old tv for the price point. Having to input the wifi details every time was a bit inconvenient.

Great location and the staff were amazing. See below My AC was on were which made everything in my room damp but the staff were onto this issue when I mentioned it and was fixed promptly.
