THA City Loft by TH District

Industrial decor, simple and minimalist. Bed, bathroom and space were comfortable with a nice simple breakfast and snack available. Next to a large grocery store with 7 elevens 5-8min walk away. Staff were friendly but a bit shy. Location was a bit further than I expected but manageable from the BTS (about 10-12min walk).

The hotel is about 10 mins walk from Ekkamai BTS station. Just down the road it is the famous Michelin Here Hai restaurant. The room itself is quite cozy (but personally i felt a bit dark due to the warm lighting used). It is conveniently located opposite of Big C supermarket. The bed is very comfortable. They use warm light hence a bit dark.

The location was convenient and the design of the property looks nice at first glance. The pricing was inconsistent and unreasonable. I was quoted much more for 7 days than what I originally paid for 8–9 days, which makes no sense. Prices changed within the same day (17,000 THB in the morning vs around 13,000 THB later), and the staff denied it when questioned. The front desk attitude was defensive and not helpful. Additionally, both the toilet and the bathroom sink were clogged, which made the stay uncomfortable. I also found a large cockroach in the room while packing. Overall, the service does not match the price at all.

Room: It is bigger than the pictures make it out to be. The couch was great with the small table and there is a chair with a small table if you need to go on your laptop or write something. The bed was huge (king size) with 4 regular pillows and 2 smaller pillows. The shower pressure was strong but it does get a bit flooded, although it doesn’t stay flooded for long. The fridge worked perfectly fine and the TV has YouTube and Netflix and works fast! Service: The front desk staff are awesome and helped out with anything we needed. The cleaning staff did a great job and cleaned around 12:00 each day when I left the hotel. The 2nd floor has a dedicated smoking balcony for anyone needing to smoke ?and enjoy the view of the street below. I don’t drink alcohol, but they had free flow hours from 3:30pm - 6:30pm with about 4 bottles of hard liquor available. Easy way to get drunk for free if that’s your thing. Location: There is a Big C right by the hotel and a 24H Starbucks. There are tests nearby and it’s about a 7 minute walk to the BTS. My room was quiet regarding traffic noise. The hotel has free snacks and water with a microwave in a common area. You can buy a bucket of KFC or big pizza and reheat it the next day in the microwave. THA Hotel is an excellent choice if you want to stay near Sukhumvit away from the busy areas like Asoke. I would definitely stay at this hotel again! Room: The doors are a bit loud and you can hear your neighbors opening and closing their doors or talking in the hallway but this is normal in hotels. Recommendations: I would like to have 2 plates in the room to use for food. I kept asking for paper bowls to eat my food in. However, you can buy plates at Big C for around 30-40baht

Absolutely the perfect location, and the best value for the neighborhood. The rooms are much brighter and larger than they appear in the photos (interestingly enough) which was a nice surprise. Phenomenal staff as well! THA will be my future go-to Bangkok stay N/A

Cozy, clean, good price, free drink and beverage

Then we asked to switch to another room, the staff was very nice and accepted our request. In the second room the window handle in the bathroom was missing and we couldn't close it, which meant we could hear all the noise from the street and the nightclub. On top of that, the air conditioning was making an enormous noise. We didn't sleep and were very stressed during our stay in this hotel.

The hotel was welcoming and had lots of little perks (free snacks, work space, happy hour...even music on Saturday) in the common areas. Room had all you need. Location is quite excellent--near all kinds of things and a 10-15 minute walk from the metro. The walls are rather thin, but this never affected my time there. Be sure to lock the door on your own. Closing it doesn't automatically lock it.

The staff were excellent — very friendly and helpful. • The main bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept very well. • Great location: very convenient, with Big C just across the street. Starbucks 24h • In the evening, there’s a delicious noodle (ramen) place nearby. • Plenty of shops around, including some with ? products, which was a nice bonus. • We requested an extra bed for my mom for one night (500 THB). Unfortunately, it was more like a folding bed and it sank badly in the middle, so it wasn’t comfortable to sleep on. That said, this is not the hotel’s main option — the regular bed was excellent. • In the shower, one of the toiletry bottles was empty, and the other contained a strange watery liquid that didn’t seem like shampoo at all.

Good staff. Cleanliness. Bathroom always hot

We arrived with a ten-month-old baby. We were placed in room 214, whose window is shared with the smoking balcony. In addition, there is no soundproofing at all, and it felt like we were sleeping right on the street. Avoid this room at all costs.

The staff is amazing and very helpful. Super kind. Thank you for everything!

It’s ok. Does the job! It’s far from the party spots like Nana Plaza or from Soi Cowboy

Location is spot on. Clean and Spacious room with decent balcony.
