Staff was very nice and accommodating close to khao san road room was very clean had your basics. Thin walls/doors so you tend to hear everything going on on your floor.

What I loved about the property, was the people that operated the hotel, and the business that were involved with the location. The staff at the restaurant that I visited frequently; breakfast, lunch, and dinner were extremely friendly . The managers and ladies at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful. The staff at this property from house keeping to the receptionist were beautiful hearted people. Oh yes , I also want to mention how delicious the food was at the restaurant there. Thank you Thai Cozy House?? Absolutely nothing

The tv signal is very bad. Hope there is netflix since tv stations doesnt have subtitle. The telephone is not working if we need something we need to go down. Hope u also have bigger stock rooms since your linens are scattered on the floor and stairs. And the wifi is very bad please do something bout your connection.

Found it very noisy from the traffic and bar next door. Super stench of weed when walking in from the dope shop downstairs. Balcony not appealing as 4 aircon fans made it super hot. Super small bathroom.
