I liked the free complimentary foot massage voucher. Special mention to the front desk lady for helping me drop my suit to the grab taxi driver below so he can deliver it to the airport as I forgot to pick it up from the reception when checking out. The location is very convenient as there is Starbucks and 7/11 downstairs. Located in old chinatown bangkok so the night is much quieter and peaceful than places like Sukhumwit. Good value for money. I did not like that I could hear my neighbours and they could probably hear me so I was very anxious about that as I like to watch TV before going to bed. Also the bed was rock hard and pillows were slim so I was not sleeping well the first couple of nights especially as I was coming from a 5 star hotel bed.

Near Yanhee Hospital. It was very dirty with mold and missing grout in the shower and sticky floors. The floor was softer than the bed. Checking in was dark and sketchy. We were approached by some random guy next door from the entrance.

There were two things I didn't like: the first one is an insect problem. There were lots of ants crawling all over the table, getting into the kettle and mugs, and just generally being nuisance. Not the end of the world but not pleasant, either. I have also seen lizards in my room but hey, lizards eat insects so I'm cool with them. The second one is that no one explaned to me how to use the water heater (you need to flip the on-off switch near the door), and there was a small patch of black mold on the sink grout. Again, not the end of the world but not great.

Nothing Dry blood on bed sheets bed as hard as concrete I would never stay there again

Good location close to Mrt to connect to downtown station and Hospital the room, nice and clean the staff and owner are friendly I recommended I will go back to stay this hotel again.

The overall room is pretty decent compare to the price, the owner is super friendly and kind.

I had an appointment at Yanhee Hospital and needed a hotel close by. 92 Residence was literally right next to Yanhee Hospital, which was great for me. It's also right next to a food market, so I was able to grab some food without having to walk anywhere. Rooms were clean, and prices were very affordable. ?

Excellent value and very comfortable. 100m from the skytrain. Also Dan from the coffee shop is extremely helpful and speaks amazing English. No drama, All love All positive
