Ants Problem in the bed right on the pillows. If is was in a random corner, I wouldn't mind.

Breakfast was fresh and nourishing. The airport shuttle was timely and helpful. The reception staff were alert and capable. I enjoyed my stay very much even though it was a quick overnight. Perhaps a shuttle service at arrival would also help you have more customers. I'd be willing to pay for that on demand.

There is nothing to explain good enough about this property- Only bed ? was bit better. Rest was absolutely worthless and so disappointing…… Too old AirCondition with too much noise and Air conditioner installed above the head of the bed 1.20cm, which is I never seen before in my life. we couldn’t sleep at all. Toilet is very old,

General neighborhood was good. Overall room clean Amenities are poorly handled. Drinking water option was available in lieu of daily cleaning. Complementary coffee was only available upon request. Provided refrigerator and microwave were on a mudroom type area, cups were only available upon request. No additional toilet paper was provided. On site laundry was accesible, but no coin exchange nearby to operate them. Our booking did not include breakfast, others did - and they complained that selection was limited and only offered after demanding it. Free airport rides were only available at very limited time selections (some 2 hrs apart). Only 6 outlets in room, 3 taken by fridge, microwave and TV.

Only 2 powerpoint outlets in the entite room, one of which is taken by the television. Needs more powerpoints! While not too bad, the toilet bidet water pressure could be stonger. Lots of desktop/cabinet/storage space; 7. Dishware, condiments and plastic utensils available in lobby, if needed; 8. Good aircon and WiFi; 9. Vending machine in lobby with snacks and drinks; 10. Large in-room fridge with freezer. 1. No toothbrush; 2. No secure, bolted, in-room safe deposit box; 3. No wake up call service; 4. Windows are very thin with no soundproofing so you easily hear outdoor noise; 5. Walls are very thin with no soundproofing so you easily hear guests talking in adjacent rooms: 6.Many small ants throughout the room, especially in bathroom.

This place is run very professionally. There are very good staff who work at the front desk. The cleaning staff is also very good. There is a small restaurant which serves breakfast in the morning and it was very tasty. I was extremely satisfied with how well The place was kept and the ability of the front desk staff to answer all my questions regarding places to go and how to get there. The shuttle service was excellent to the airport. There is some stores a few minutes walk away from the hotel that had everything you needed. It’s a very safe neighbourhood and I’m not sure why some of the other people who provided feedback said that it seemed a bit sketchy, but there was no Issues whatsoever. Everybody we walked by, were extremely friendly and smiled at us. This is very safe neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying in here as I’ve stayed in some very sketchy hotels around this airport. You will not be disappointed. There was nothing I really didn’t like about the property. The rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great.
