Great location. Convenient for everything to offer. Malls, restaurants, salons, coffee shops, MRT, and Skytrain. The room is a good size for one person. I think it's a little bit small, but overall it's perfect. The water pressure is super strong!! I love it!! All the staff are very friendly!!! The room is cozy, though a bit small, and the wall is quite thin, so you might hear some sounds from next door.

I have stayed here a few times and I always love it here. These are THE most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in and ive been to a lot of hotels! Also the nicest hotel staff ive ever met! They remembered me 8 months later and remembered I lived aboard from my own country asking how I was doing! This time I got a room in a different building with a parking garage outside the window so I didnt open the curtains or people would see in. I was it was different than last time because I chose a didnt room type. Thats fine! I didnt notice but I think it should be marked on the room type this room does not have a view

The breakfast was so varied and plentiful and the service was spot on especially the omelet/egg chef. The room was a reasonable size with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is right next to the MRT with the BTS being a 5min walk away. Both of these modes of transport will take you into the main city. There are 2 shopping malls within walking distance of the hotel and both have plenty of restaurants and other eateries. Nothing to dislike from my point of view

Out of city center but ideal location, right next to MRT station and a few minutes walking to BTS station. Close to Central shopping mall. Very good fully equipped gym. Nice swimming pool. Good breakfast. The property is under renovation, which is a good thing as it's a bit old.

I asked the Front desk staff to hold onto my laundry and that I would pick up from there since I had a migraine and would be sleeping. They ignored my request and sent up my laundry anyway despite the call and the Do Not Disturb sign.

On paper the hotel is good. Good location, functional rooms, good facilities. Good breakfast. Decent pool and gym. Next to public transit and a mall too. Thin walls. Seriously bad when i neighbors were yelling at each other. Can hear people opening and closing their doors and walking in the corridor.

-location is literally next to a metro station -soundproof rooms -receptionists were friendly and professional, restaurant /pool staff also -breakfast was fulfilling and changed almost daily -clean and comfortable bedroom and bathroom.
