Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location near the Sky Rail train. Near to a number of shops and food places. Safe area. Good indoor recreation room, tv and kitchen area. Good natural and leafy outdoor area. Great complimentary breakfast. Lockers in rooms. Each room has swipe card for each traveller so more security is good. I thought this place was excellent.

They are the best! The staff were absolutely amazing. Many thanks to everyone who helped me when I was sick. They took me to the hospital and were so considerate and supportive throughout my stay there. I 10000% recommend them!

The locker was not big enough to fit my bag 65L. They are skinny lockers.

The staff was really nice. Loved the breakfast. Toilets and showers clean and refreshed. A homey vibe. Lovely kitchen. I wished the AC in the common room worked better. For me I like a cozier place that has more common areas within closed spaces but hey the yard is the thing of the place.

Really nice vibes and easy to meet people, lovely space for all Just be conscious it’s at least a 20 min drive from most places in bangkok, though Ari the local area is nice anyway

I stayed at The Yard in Chiang Mai and obviously had to stay at the one in Bangkok as well. Nothing but greats things to say about this place. I will say the free breakfast is amazingggg

Great vibe, very nice room with comfortable bed, good breakfast, nice staff. I liked Ari area. Slow internet. Also I could hear guests in the room next to mine at times, they were a bit noisy or maybe the walls were thin.

Really nice property. Lovely staff plus a nice breakfast. They let me keep my bags there for free, it’s a space to hang out without any pressure.

It’s fairly easy to get a Grab or hop on the metro, but I did wish it was a bit more central for such a short stay.

staff was nice, bed was comfortable The private room was poorly designed and extremely bare: there was no reading lamp, no hooks, no fan, not even a mirror. It was also not soundproof at all - being right next to the stairs, I could hear everyone coming and going throughout the night, along with doors constantly slamming. The shared bathrooms did not seem like they were regularly cleaned and were not pleasant to use. For the price, having to use an external bathroom felt like a rip-off. The whole place just felt run down which is crazy for how much they charge. Clearly the money is not being reinvested into the maintaining the space, which made the “eco” aspect just feel like greenwashing.
