Second time staying here. Perfect location in Chinatown, a stone’s throw from the street market and many restaurants. Comfortable beds with curtains. No lockers inside the rooms. No social atmosphere, but that’s not always a bad thing.
-
I loved the comfortability of the private rooms. Felt like personal room. No elevator but it’s nice to get a workout in.

Staff, location, and authentic experience - staff was super kind and helpful from providing recommendations to helping me with my baggage up the stairs. Also for those who seeking an authentic experience outside of Khao San road , away from the party and near the good food, this hostel is the perfect place, from the historical but comfortable building to its location, just steps away from the Chinatown night market For those looking for a party hostel, this place isn’t it. There are common spaces to socialize and meet people, and in fact I did make a friend while there, but mostly a hostel where people keep to themself (which is what I was looking for)

Staff very helpful Very good location, metro and boat close by

The hosts of this property were very kind and the place was kept clean. I loved the location right in the heart of Chinatown without being crazy loud. The beds are a little hard.

Room were too hot

The hostel is one street away from the busy Chinatown market, making the food around the hostel wonderful while still quiet! Also, the staff at the hostel are the most wonderful people! I loved speaking to them they were genuinely so kind and welcoming. I would def recommend this hostel! If you’re looking to party as a backpacker, it is a bit far from that area.

Nope, overall it’s a pretty pleasant experience.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

- it's a renovated old building with character to it - surroundings has nice food, drink and transport options and is highly walkable - staff was very nice and helpful - the beds are really quite hard, which was to my personal taste, but could be a problem for other people - very quiet hostel, great for getting good sleep even in a bunk bed style room, but don't expect to socialize in it (but Chinatown is right outside)
-
Great location. Close to the action, but quieter. I loved that there are four beds per room. Would be fun if there were more social activities planned
-
Location & ambiance. The host was lovely. Hope to be able to stay again. The mattresses were very firm which could be a uncomfortable for some, but for me it wasn’t really a problem.

Within walking distance from a subway station. Hostel on a parallel road about a block from the main Chinatown road, so you get the best of both world. Accessible to the main tourist and food street, but on the quiet smaller road. The road the hostel is on is accessible to motor vehicles, but I mainly see cyclists and pedestrians. Food from breakfast to late late supper within walking distance. Boss and his crew kept the place clean and tidy, if there's a piece of paper on the floor in the common area, an hour later and it would be gone. The staff would have removed it. Doesn't have the party vibe (which I personally prefer). You can have friendly conversation with the roommates or in the common area, but not worry about roommates returning at 3am from a pub hop. Not sure if the roof top is accessible (didn't check and didn't ask), would have been great if it was.

I stayed in the female dorm for a long weekend, and the value was amazing for the price. The bunk in the room was very cozy and solid, the AC and locker storage were great. Breakfast is make your own eggs and toast, which I really appreciated before exploring the rest of the city. The location is incredible, right around the corner from all the street food and fun, but also very quiet once you get to the hostel. Best part: the staff is lovely and so helpful, Pat and Koi are awesome and go out of their way to make sure you get a great experience in the city, giving great recommendations for where to eat or visit. This is a wonderful place for travelers on a budget who'd also like a vintage and homey vibe.

Perfect location near the street food/ night market area. Very hospitable staff.

One of the highlights is the self-service breakfast, where guests can make their own eggs and omelets, adding a homely touch. All essential amenities are provided, including lockers for security. The hostel also offers excellent facilities such as air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, and even concierge services. Located conveniently, it provides easy access to local attractions, making it a great place for exploring the city. The positive reviews are well deserved, and I highly recommend this hostel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Bangkok

Breakfast is self serve coffee, eggs, toast, jam, fruit. Cubby style bunks with curtain are very private. Owner as very helpful and fun to chat with. A bit of sour smell in men's dorm, but maybe expect that!
