Good but timing wasn’t fair. it starts at 8 while in many hotels start at 6 No staff to help carrying luggages, no tour booklets, no foreign langauge skilled staff!

Very good location and the room was comfortable but no outside window and a bit of a small from the bathroom other than that it’s a good stay

Good location near BTS and British pubs Requested additional pillow in advance due to shoulder injury but none supplied even when requested upon arrival and the pillow supplied was very small. The hotel was in a good location near BTS but could do with a good clean in places. No breakfast option although other cafes nearby

Location was very good being within walking distance to BTS and MRT. Staff could have been more friendly and more pleasant when interacting with guests.

Only the location was good I booked in vinary Hotel but when I reach they told me that it's full then they transfer me to an hotel nearby The room was very small and all the floor was under construction and there was a very bad smell coming from the toilet the whole day and night

There are a few things I love about Vinary. 1. The price is always good. 2. The location- it’s perfect - close to nightlife, shopping, food and BTS. 3. Nice little restaurant downstairs and massage parlors ( real and the other kind ). 4. Breakfast Story is awesome and a short walk away 1. The beds are so uncomfortable. It’s hard to get good sleep and I’m usually in pain when I wake up. I wish the beds were more comfortable.

Even though I booked my stay many weeks ahead, in the morning of the day of my arrival, the hotel changed my booking from 4 nights to 1 night. When I called and asked the staff why did they change it,they said they don't have a room available. They were very rude on the phone on top of it and did not even apologize. It's extremely unprofessional, highly discourage anyone from staying there. They have tons of negative reviews on google also, worth reading.

Location Cleanliness

NOTHING!!! Staff at the front desk are extremely rude, discriminatory, literally shouting. Esp lady with braces. She was all smiles with male guests, but as soon as she see us she acts very rude. No patience at all to listen to our problems. They didn't even collect used cups left outside room for two days. Didn't even comply with booking.com confirmation. Poor at email communication/response. RIGID. Score 1 is even too much for this.

The hotel’s location is very convenient and close to many attractions, shops, and transportation, which made getting around very easy. The room was generally comfortable and suitable for a short stay. However, there are a few small areas that could be improved. The toilet door was slightly stuck, which caused some noise when closing. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and with a few minor improvements, the experience could be even better.

Ok for the money Aircon not working the first night, was put in a different room for the second night. Key was not working on 3 occasions. Staff was not polite, not friendly and not very helpful. Late check out denied.
