Great stay / property , staff and experience over all. The location of the place is perfect, close to main areas and still in a trendy and good vibe street. Considering the lower floor rooms / suits sometimes it might be a bit noisy from the street.

They have seperate bedroom and kitchen or living room area which good for parents who has kid and the kid go sleep earlier. The property look a bit more like a condo style. The shower was not clean at all. It's full of hair from previous customer and fungus on the shower head. The location isn't that close to bts. In fact it was about 15 mins through traffic to get there. They have suttle bus every hour. But if you miss that it's very difficult to get taxi. There is not easy to walk with baby on a stroller because there is no complete sidewalk to get far. There is some for short walk like 20 meter. Anyway it's not hotel fault for the location and surrounding.

Room is spacious and has all the amenities you need. The type of room includes the privat swimming pool which is a highlight and made my day. You can go swimming anytime you want. There is an patio area to relax outside the room near the swimming pool in total privacy and tranquility, it feels like heaven... Nothing, perfect stay!!

The location was alright but a little bit away from other shops, though there was 2 supermarkets one minute away so thatbwas convenient

The place was really nice. Beds were comfortable, balcony was spacious, housekeeping was always on top of their game, the bathrooms were amazing had a tub and shower both and a really cool Japanese toilet. Pool area was great too if you’re looking to swim and tan. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Netflix wasn’t working and they fixed it immediately and you have a coffee shop right under the hotel for a quick caffeine fix. Would recommend! Sukhumvit in general will always be a busy area, so going and coming to the main center with shopping malls will always have traffic so keep that in mind. No smoking in balcony if you want to.

Clean and neat hotel, the staff is very friendly and supportive, anything that we asked they bring to the room very quickly. The hotel is little bit far from the centre but the drop off you to the nearest metro station or 1 km The supermarket is 5 steps from the hotel The distance from the central

Nothing The location of the hotel is not good , its in an old place and I was stuck in traffic until I reached , also grab taxis take a lot of time to reach , the place feels closed , not in a open lively atmosphere

Great staff. Great pool. The room was perfect other than the view from the balcony and there was a slightly bad smell went we went inside the room but after short ventilation it was gone Location is nowhere near nothing yet busy traffic so it takes long time to get to anywhere (30-40 min by cab)
