Location There was a tub/shower that was a huge step to get into, challenging for me due to knee problems. A walk in shower is usually what I prefer.

Excellent friendliness, assistance of all staff. We'll definitive return soon. Safe parking under roof spot for my ? motorbike. Loved the room on deck 7 (10) Having a pool is as well reasonable to book. Location of Amora Neoluxe just short walk to Emsphere . There's a split nail spot on the floor living to bathroom. Should be fixed before someone accidentally hurts May the Management could innovative having a look into going away of bathroom plastic amenities, shampoo, conditioner, body creamer, shower creme ...think of it...

Brilliant reception staff & management, Breakfast staff super friendly, Breakfast has all what it needs(indeed no premium.products), however, for BF charge it is fine... Will def return,hopefully catch up high raise rooming, street side, enjoyed as well swimming pool By the time of return aft dinner out, non of keys ? didn't work....however, the night audit fixed it, after 2 times up &down rides....

Check-out was at 12:00, but I wanted to spend a few more hours before leaving for the airport. The hotel allowed me to store my luggage safely after check-out, which made my last day much more comfortable and stress-free. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would gladly stay here again. Helpful staff and a nice stay. One receptionist could smile a bit more, as Thai hospitality is usually very warm and welcoming.

Room was clean and well equipped. Close to eateries and BTS station. You dont need a key card to go up the elevator. I checked out half an hour beyond the checkout time (it was not intentional), and was asked to pay extra. Most hotels would be more understanding.

Location is good The bed was rock hard, no topper. Breakfast was awful, scrambled eggs cooked to order were reheated in microwave. Noise from the street was endless.

Everything was great! At first I didn't understand how to control lighting in the room, because they have an electronic control panel for that, but after I figured it out, it appeared to be very convenient. Breakfast is amazing, delicious and different from day to day. Pool is good, I didn't swim, but I used this area for tanning. Staff is very very nice, Wi-FI good speed (used it for video calls). Highly recommend this hotel. Will stay again for sure.

This is a good, low cost option in a great location. Staff was wonderful, elevators were fast, they have a downstairs cafe that I never visited so I can't rate that, but the room was entirely adequate and definitely met my needs. I found the location to be excellent and would stay here again. Not much I didn't like about the place, room was a bit small but it did have a small balcony and the bathroom was nice enough for me. Bed and pillows were also good.

This is our second time staying in this hotel, great location, close to MRT /BTS station, walkable to restaurants and shopping malls The ac fan in our room was a bit noisy for our liking

Great location: Sukhumvit 31, close to BTS, restaurants, supermarkets, park. Pleasant friendly staff. Quiet clean room. Breakfast was very delicious selection of Thai and western foods. Fruits were especially fresh and tasty. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel in between two stays, which was very convenient. Nothing really. Only thing that bugged me was that the TV that was on during breakfast showing an incorrect (stretched) aspect ratio instead of a correct aspect ratio. Was also showing a foreign news channel; would suggest it is preferable to have something more local like Thai PBS World news.
