Staff was really helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. I liked everything ❤️

Location is the best Bed and linen needs to be updated . Also there were no enough pillows and blanket was too thin .

bathtub and breakfast
-
There was no restaurant that belonged to the hotel. A Japanese and Korean private restaurant is there but choices are limited.
-
Didn't offer tea/coffee other than green tea sachet. No iron/iron board in the room is fine. But not even available at housekeeping is not acceptable especially for a business hotel.

Location Smelly. Bad food

The bathtub and buffet breakfast

Good location, close enough to Prom Phong BTS station and the Emsphere malls, very close to two vegan restaurants-waki waki and vistro. American style buffet available but healthier options would be appreciated over western junk breakfast food. Strict two water bottle limit on rooms. Suggest the hotel get a water filtration machine for guests as comparable properties like LiveZen have. The staff are below average for friendliness in Thailand. Management consider sending undercover staff to evaluate staff friendliness and train them or fire them.

Here's a concise English summary of your review for **Aristo Hotel Bangkok**: **Summary:** The front office was accommodating, granting a late checkout for an evening flight. However, the reception was less considerate, limiting drinking water to just two bottles per guest per room. The bathroom suffered from weak shower pressure, and the room finishing felt outdated. Breakfast offered good variety with an egg station, but the food was often served cold rather than hot. On a positive note, the concierge staff was very helpful. Overall, a mixed experience with service inconsistencies and maintenance issues. Shower water pressure is kind of weak, less accommodate reception when asking for extra drinking water.

I requested the floor same as pool this time, more convenient. View still good from the room. The safety box is not digital.

The hotel was very easy to reach from the airport and just a short walk from the Phrom Phong BTS Station. It offers excellent quality at a budget-friendly price. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially the doorman, who always greeted me warmly, and the housekeeper, who greeted me each day with a smile. After a long overnight flight, I was so grateful to be allowed a bit of an early check-in. Although I usually stay in a different part of Bangkok, I really enjoyed exploring this neighborhood. The hotel also has a pool, but my stay was too short to take advantage of it this time. Next time, I’ll stay a bit longer so I can include a relaxing pool day! Since breakfast was complimentary, I can't complain too much, but I did wish there had been a bit more of a selection-specifically some sweet options like cookies or pastries, which would have made for a great breakfast.

location expensive
-
best deal 5 minutes walk from bts phrom phong, ok breakfast, large room. dated hardware meets professional service. mostly japanese guests make this hotel polite, clean, orderly, quiet and functional.
-
I stayed longer.
-
breakfast just okay, nothing fancy i think its me, my body skin didnt suit me so well, my skin got itchy but not my parner
-
GREAT LOCATION FACILITY NOT WELL MAINTAINED. SHOULD BE 3 STARS NOT 4 STARS HOTEL. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FACILITY
-
No service at the pool area.
-
Price and location, swimming pool was great but hated it closing at 6pm. Rooms were old, not enough electrical outlets for technology items. The bathrooms need serious upgrading; shower/tubs dangerous to step into due to height, mold spots everywhere in shower tile; toilets small and low to the ground; vanity and sink also need upgrade.

great location 200m from emporium shopping mall connecting directly into public transport (bts). mostly asian (japanese) guests make the hotel quiet, orderly & polite.
