My booking is done by Booking.com, the website instructed me to request Tax Invoice from the hotel but i tried to message and call, nobody reply. Lousy customer service. Poor customer service, nobody taking care OR reply to my message and calls.

The room was a bit musty. At this price, I expected it to have a smart TV with apps such as YouTube or Netflix
-
Good sized rooms. Great location. Staff not too helpful.
-
From the outside, the hotel looks renovated, but the interior feels old and outdated. In terms of cleanliness, we found two small dead cockroaches in the bathroom. Just take this into consideration before booking.
-
Location. It close to 7/11, Phrom Phong BTS, emporium and EM. Breakfast was not as we expect.

I didn’t like it at all, the breakfast is the same every day and it’s not good I didn’t like it, l paid more one day and they said they can’t give me back the money so l didn’t like it and l can’t tell any of my friends to go there

The room was too small

Great location, close to BTS station, Emquartier and other malls, it has free parking No self service washing machine. Also this property can easily make its lobby more appealing by painting the ceiling and walls, it comes across as too dark, the owner has received similar feedback in the past, I don’t understand why a relatively inexpensive remodeling project has not been executed, also staff are helpful but seem less smiling than they could be
-
Polite staff, clean and spacious room (dual aircon units are a big bonus) In my room, there was no power socket located at either end of the bed (bedside tables)
-
No relaxing bar

Clean, quiet room in good location. Near BTS station, lots of good places nearby to eat and shop. The staff I dealt with were pretty helpful, although the kitchen staff at breakfast spoke little or no English. That's ok if you're ordering an omelette (although the woman who didn't speak English had to get someone else to come tell me what fillings I could choose), but they had trouble understanding, let alone answering, questions about what ingredients were in the food. Not ideal for anybody dealing with food allergies or special diets such as Halal (as some other guests were, on my last morning). Bathtub very high side, hard to get in and out even though I'm not disabled, and no way to avoid it as the shower was over the bath. If you have mobility issues make sure they can give you a room without a bathtub before you commit. Breakfast buffet was second rate. Hot food choices were all Asian except for toast and eggs, and even the eggs were limited to fried or omelette with only 2 choices of filling. It was fine if you only want toast and coffee, but I like a more substantial breakfast. I like Asian food, it's one of the reasons I go to places like Thailand, but I would rather have baked beans or home fries with my eggs, not miso soup. Even though there were many other Western guests I rarely saw any of them at breakfast (and I only kept having breakfast there because I was too lazy to walk 5 minutes to Starbucks for something decent). As far as I could tell the restaurant wasn't open for lunch or dinner. While I ate those meals out every day, I usually book a place with a restaurant so that I have the choice of having some meals without going out if I feel like a slow day. It wasn't clear from the listing that restaurant hours would be limited during my stay. If this matters to you, you should ask them. Pricing was really weird too - in the listing it looks like you're getting a massive bargain at some high end hotel but when I got there I found it was a pretty standard mid-range place and so was the room. What I paid was a fair amount for what I got but the way the discount shows in the listing I thought I was getting a fantastic deal on something far better. To me, if the price you pay is fair market price, it's not a deep discount just because they claim the room is worth 2-3 times that price. Very misleading, I hope it wasn't deliberate, but I see similar massive discounts still being shown as I write this review two months later so I have to wonder.
