Old, tired hotel... Rooms is big , but the same have to be rennovated... Everything was painted in brown paint... Aircon worked good, balcony closed.. not good... Mattress was awfull, hard like a wood bed...

Location is inside the heart of Pratunam market. You get out and the market is there. Old and out-dated, couch has bed bugs, sink won't drain, the tub is not clean, the bathroom door needs cleaning. Tiles ate chipped, Grouts has molds and needs fixing.

nothing , literally nothing . this was the worst experience ever , hotel is overated for not one good reason . breakfast was horrible n cold . nothing was fresh when i asked for fresh eggs they refused anything dark dirty rooms leakage in toilets old fashioned ac with no control

Unfortunately, nothing felt comfortable during our stay. • We paid for two rooms, but the air conditioning did not work. • The staff only provided two electric fans so we and our children could sleep. • The bathroom was dirty, especially the toilet bowl. • Room 214 had a bad smell, so we all had to sleep in Room 216 instead. • No drinking water was provided.

location Breakfast for vegetarians has less options and most of the breads have egg, which is not mentioned there, waffles had egg, no label, fruits and salads can save you only. very old furniture in room, only 3 bottles of water per day, don't give tea bags in buffet for a stronger tea taste of Indians. Rude staff experience.

All in all, our stay in Baiyoke Suite Hotel is more than satisfying than I expected. i'm not a pessimist, so I just appreciated whatever they can offer.. Maybe, the language barrier is a heavy weight, but somehow the staffs are trying ro communicate..

All i can say is..location superb...breakfast not good ..its not like 5 or 6 years ago..its totally different...no variety...same menu everyday.. I like the staff paweena tedsen who is very kind n a helpful person..hats off...she deserved a thump up ..n a reward..n she do her work rapidely Breakfast

Very old and dated hotel. Floor board loose. Tiny and slippery bathtub. Small and low toilet. They wouldn't gjve more than 3 bottles of water a day, even for a suite.

Convenient spot to go shopping No facilities as per the description prior to booking, no regular room cleaning unless requested, WiFi is very slow and some times no WiFi at all. Staff not obliging especially reception argue and ask to check out with no refund, they are rude
