The location is great. Breakfast is good. No bidet and you can hear other people in the other rooms.

The reception was super helpful, they helped us check-in late since we had issues with out flight. Location was perfect, its close to every big shopping centre, BTS metro station and temples. There is also a 7/11 nearby! There were some cockroaches in our room, but it was expected due to hot and humid weather. The reception helped us with the issue and changed our room quickly.

The location of Bangkok City Inn is excellent right in the heart of the city, close to malls and transit, which made getting around super convenient. However, the building itself feels quite old and could use some renovation. Unfortunately, I had bed bug bites on my first night, though the staff quickly changed my room without hassle. The new room was okay, and the breakfast was decent with a fair selection. Overall: Great location, friendly staff, but cleanliness and maintenance need improvement. Great and convenient location - walk distance to big shopping malls, same building - the best foot massage, night market and 7/11 is just around the corner.

All fine, if you keep your expectation for a $30-40 USD hotel. Close to many places especially the CentralWorld, not too far from BTS Chitlom, hotel is clean albeit old and not exactly top luxury. Lacks bidet. The pillow is a bit too high and is a bit too firm (but not hard).

Breakfast is great. Staffs are friendly. Door man, housekeeping and sever are very friendly and provided excellent service. In the room hotel provided only bath towel. There are no hand towel or face towel. There is no hand tissue box either. I believe Thailand is not that expensive to provide hand towel, face towel and tissue box in the room. I asked the staff and says hotel provide only bath towel.

It’s close to all major shopping centers in bkk like bigc, central world and platinum That there’s no health faucet in the toilet and no hair dryer/ tea making amenities

The staff were super friendly. The location was perfect for shopping as it is centrally located to all the important malls in Bangkok. There is no balcony and the rooms are no smoking.
