Not changing the bathroom mat and even placing the fracture coffee cup in the room. Slow service at the restaurant. Staff spent one hour serving the last plate of food that we ordered.

Friendly staffs. Room was clean. Breakfast was delicious and above average. The bed was very firm.

Location close to airport. Modern room & bathroom. Room located on 9th floor facing main road. A lot of road noise throughout the night. I suggest to ask for a room away from main road.

Hotel and room was very clean. Friendly staff. Shopping center and supermarket across the street. You can see and hear the BTS (their sky train) from the window.

I could walk across the street and do some shopping at the mall. There is a decent grocery store for stocking up on travel snacks. Super uncomfortable bed. Halfway through the night I ended up folding the duvet in half and wrapping it around me like a taco in order to have more cushioning between my body and the mattress. I am very used to "firm" mattresses in Southeast Asia, but this bed was extreme. Wifi not strong enough to work in the hotel lobby during breakfast. Omlet station at breakfast buffet was disappointing - no cheese. However, there is cheese offered close to the salad bar. Why can't there also be cheese for omlets? Fresh fruit was disappointing.

Good, clean accommodation for transit for this airport

Very clean good size room with a very good breakfast a short taxi ride from Don Muang Airport. Quite a long BTS ride if you want to go to shopping at Siam Paragon or MBK but there other malls closer.

The staffs were awesome, polite, friendly and eager to help. They also provide a free shuttle to DMK. The hallway carpet needs good deep cleaning or replaced. While the room was decently clean, the hallway certainly gave an opposite vibe.

Did not stay i got scammed on watsup

This hotel is perfect if you have a layover on your trip. It is easy to get a Grab (207 THB or 9 can $) to get to it in 10 -15 minutes late at night and early morning as it was for me. The reception was not the most friendly. I will flag two things. I was in transit and arrived at 11:30 pm. I was asked to give a 500 THB deposit for the key. I did not have any cash and not ready to walk to an ATM. After what seemed a long discussion when all i wanted was to get to a bed for a few hours we agreed she could keep my driver's licence. I was reluctant to leave my passport. The room is very spacious, comfortable bed and a bathroom with bathtub . All was good. The night watch person was also in a better mood in the morning and i got my driver's license back ! This is not directly booked by Booking. it is difficult to communicate with the hotel if you do not have a phone. No Whatsapp or email which is better when you travel and do not have a local number The discussion at 11:30 pm following the fact i did not have cash for the deposit for the room key and all was settled with my driver's license.

It was convenient for the airport, and of a good standard. Why would you build an airport hotel, with sub-standard sound-proof windows? Why would you not use soft-close toilet lids in the rooms?

Affordable, clean, ALL employees polite and professional. Beds ok, pillows great, hot water, breakfast ok. 7-11 and lotus 1min walk. Have an iced moca cafe! Get laundry done 2 min walk down road next to hotel for 1-200B South west side of hotel…. Extremely noisy all night, loud exhaust and emergency vehicles. Not hotels fault, but suggest you request non SW rooms
