Best Western Ratchada Hotel

FANTASTIC!? the best hotel we’ve found in Bangkok! The staff are all so lovely and very welcoming, we were made to feel absolutely at home from the very first foot in the door? We drove for nearly 4hours to reach the hotel and were nearly 2hours early for check in, we were more than happy to leave our bags and find some lunch until the correct time, but the team immediately worked to find us an available room for early check in which was very, very appreciated after such a long drive. I didn’t realize I had booked (in a last minute rush) a 2single bed room, but once again the team sprung into action and without me asking they immediately offered to change the room so me and my wife could have one big bed, again this is very much appreciated and it’s little things like this that go a very long way to making you feel so welcome. We requested to possibly have a 1hour later check out time as we had an appointment with an embassy and they were more than happy to help accommodate? We also telephoned and requested an off-road parking space which once again they were more than happy to accommodate. The hotel is in a great location, is spotlessly clean, and lovely and cool with a fresh perfumed lobby upon entry. They have a great swimming pool and a good restaurant with lots of menu options. The rooms are lovely and a very good size with everything you need. A very powerful and hot shower with a large rain head, organic body soap and shampoo, hair dryer for the wife, spotlessly clean, very comfortable soft and squishy bed and pillows (a must for me with a bad back and shoulders) and most importantly very quiet. We were over looking the pool (opposite the main road) and didn’t hear a single noise and nothing from other guests all day and all night…top quality sound proofing? very hard to find in most Bangkok hotels. FYI, our room was much tidier than the photos show before we got into it lol.

The breakfast was really good! The hotel gave us the room near the breakfast buffet area which was convenient. The location was also near groceries, night markets, and other landmarks. None! I think it was really value for money.

Hotel design both exterior and interior are very cool and stylish. Hotel Room interior is very comfy and stylish. Small size room but it's enough Bathroom and toilet are separated in my room. Bathroom washbasin counter is bit difficult to use. Not functionally well layout.

Nice atmosphere , room , staff and convenient location., breakfast buffet. Lobby area , red carpet and elevator were dirty we informed staff it was most likely caused by a dirty client.

This was my second time at the hotel, and to my surprise the staff had recognised me on our return, and greeted me with such warmth. Great value for money. Love the rustic thai neighbourhood. Would sure come back again!

The location, room is modern, availability of co-working is good. The room is quite small, and the bathroom with a glass wall is not really convenient when you stay with kids.

The location, the room is good, the bathroom is good too, the front (lobby) staff The cleanliness during our stay was disappointing. On the first day, the staff forgot to clean the room. We stayed for nine nights, and for the remaining eight nights the room was still not cleaned properly. For example, some trash like masks and patches beside the bed was pushed under the bed for several days. There was also still a lot of dust under the bed, in areas not close to the bathroom.

The Staff is lovely and very professional, warm welcoming and perfect services, love it :) The breakfast is the best breakfast i had in an hotel, my stay was just perfect, thanks to them :)

The staff here is very friendly and professional. The room is spacious, all the food facilities included and the area is located at the good location.

It's new hootel. There's 7-11 store which you can buy food 24-7. Quite far from MRT if you walk

Amazing staff, very helpful and the hotel is super close to a few shopping malls at a walking distance. This is the second time i stayed in this hotel and i would definitely come back?

Basic Hotel tried to claim additional 250THB costs for a very minor mark on the duvet. Kettle did not work in the room and the cleaners never gave us hand soap. Double bed was just two single beds pushed together. Location was near to old sections of town and also a 15 minute walk to the local mall / metro station. No air conditioning in corridors or elevator.

Great sized room, great interior design throughout. They need a gym then it would be perfect.
