Swimming pool was private ... The design of the pool area created a very private area to swim. The staff were very nice and inviting. There are areas that are showing age. The hotel restaurant service is great, but the selection is extremely limited if you desire any of the listed European meals (the menu is lengthy but availability is limited--most menu items were not available).

Beyond a joke, changed three rooms in three days, first day no hot water put in another block and plugs sockets damn right dangerous. Second day change me to another room smelt awful and no hot water, gave up changed to a final room then had enough, staff can’t speak English but could communicate via translator however no sign of managers Breakfast style run down rooms and poor maintenance also see above

The hotel is conveniently located near Yanhee and MRT stations.Thank you to the housekeeping team for their friendliness. I have a few suggestions: 1. The breakfast was good and delicious. However, if you offer à la carte breakfast, there should be more variety instead of just American breakfast and boiled rice. Adding options like fried flat noodles, congee, or other à la carte dishes would make it more interesting, as the same menu every day can get a bit boring. 2. During breakfast service, the staff should wait until customers have finished their meal before starting to clean. Cleaning too early can feel intrusive and uncomfortable for guests. 3. I understand this is not a 5-star hotel, so I did not expect exceptional service. However, the staff on duty ( front office ) should be more friendly when interacting with customers. If a request is against hotel policy, it is fine to politely refuse, but at least do so with a smile. 4.The air condition in living room of my room was hot.

Nothing other than a roof on your head Heavily overpriced hotel. We paid 1200 baht a night for this place. My friend paid over 4000 for a suite. By comparison a 4 star hotel in Thonglor is 4000 baht for a suite. A fair price for this hotel would be around 800 baht a night for regular room. Pillows very hard. Corridor lights were all off. Room smell was stale.
