Rooms nice and clean, also outside noise completely blocked out so had peaceful quiet sleep. Location is within 100 m from main street and Seven11 and few mins walk to Skytrain. Good selection of food for breakfast that changed everyday so you won't be bored eating the same stuff during your stay Bad TV reception is minor irritation, but lets face it no one goes on holiday to Thailand to watch TV!

I didnt like anything. I arrived to my pre booked accommodation and was told my room wasnt available and they were booked out. But they have a 'partner hotel' close by I could stay in. What am I supposed to do when I arrive at 1am. I had to take the other option. Absolute BS to be honest That they screwed me over by booking my room to someone else before I arrived.

Nothing. Cleaning isn't up to the mark. I paid for 7th March to 10th March but I requested to late check in. I reached at the hotel on early morning on 8th March. They was told me sir, we are full. How come? I prepaid already, why should I wait for 2pm for check in???

The staff were very good especially Aya who was in the front office. She was exceptionally good and all those staff who interacted plus the house keeping staffs were very very good. Will definitely recommend to others and stay when visiting next Nothing as such. The toilet door in Room Number 404 of B block was not getting locked

Unfortunately, when we checked in, the pillows on the bed had visible stains and appeared unclean. This was disappointing and not what we expect from a hotel.
