I like the location just within pratunam market and near platinum mall and central world The bathroom lacks toiletries shelves, hangers and also no mirror inside the toilet only outside. Also the bathroom tissue is very thin and easily to tear. Also the laundry area needs payment of 50 bath wash and 50 baht dry unlike other hotels you can do laundry for free. No water and soda machine. Also room is not that sound proof. And they only gives one room key even if you have a twin room. it so hassle to ask and let the front desk open the room. They should give 2 room keys. Password in your room is different from the lobby so need to login and connect again. And every room has different password. Hassle again.

Cleanliness, location, staff and felt like home

1. The location, i love how I can just go down and find lots of food to buy, and clothes to shop. 2. The room, the bed is so big and comfy, the aircon temp is just right, and the room is spacious when I can organize all the things that I bought from the market and my big luggages. 3. Fast elevator 4. Weighing scale for the luggages We had a mis understanding with one of the staff, which was very disappointing to us, but overall we still had a very nice stay

Highest value for money hotel I’ve stayed in thailand. Very clean and very facilitated room. The shower was better than 5 stars hotels I’ve stayed in. Kind staff and 15 minutes walk from CentralWorld. A lot of 7-11 just a minute away.

cozy and clean room the staff are nice and organized too the hotel signage outside is not noticeable especially when if the street is very busy

I like how the staff cleaned our room neatly every day, i like the bed which is soft and clean, I like the location which is in the middle of pratunam market, and I like how the hotel gives the socket to charge our phone next to our bed. The hotel didn’t give us toothpaste and toothbrush which i expected to get. And it’s difficult for us to find the hotel at the first time. A bigger sign would be much helpful. But suprisingly everytime we ordered grab, the driver knows how to get there so i think the location was just okay ?

I always come and stay at this hotel every time I visit Thailand. It is not expensive, very convenient for me because its easy access to Pratunam Market, Platinum Mall and easy access to food around the area. The rooms are always clean, the staff are always very accommodating to my requests and answers all information I would need. None, that I can think of.

At the discount rate it was fine. Quiet. The hotel is very hard to find. The area is shabby with very few non indian restaurants.

The staffs were helpful and friendly! The towels were a bit old and had some odour. Maybe they should change their towels. Previously there was delicious breakfast provided but now I'm not sure why they have stopped it.
