Central Old Town Cottage

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Rooms were cozy and have an adorable film theme. Staff were very friendly and provided amenities in the room which were much appreciated. Closely located to the Grand Palace, night markets and surrounding areas. The location could be a little uncomfortable for those unfamiliar with the area. Although it's located near the Grand Palace, it's far from other attractions in Bangkok. During the day, there are many persistent scammers in this area. We had to firmly turn them down multiple times. At night, many people sleep outside in the neighborhood. We had no real issues with anybody, but please be aware. The hotel itself is great, and we enjoyed our stay.

Central old town cottage was quaint, walkable to many key Bangkok sites, fully stocked with everything we needed, and had a friendly, helpful staff. We were a family of four and rented the room with a queen bed and two twins in lofts. This was perfect for our teens but would have been difficult for small children or those with mobility issues. Everything was as expected or better!

The hotel has lots of character, lots of cool and eclectic details in the rooms! The staff are amazing, super sweet and answered all our questions. The breakfast was delicious as well.

Great location, perfectly decorated room

Room is nicely decorated, hotel is close to the palace and the main temples The room was very small, there are very very steep stairs to go up to the room. Overall very uncomfortable. The neighborhood is not pleasant especially at night - many homeless people on the street. Staff was as not nice as in other hotels we stayed

Great location, very clean and secure. Cool decorum, the owner has a real vision which made the accommodation unique and charming... easy access to busier/ touristy areas of bangkok staff were helpful but not really friendly (felt like they were suspicious... not sure if they have been burned by guests in the past) rooms are tight, but cool in appearance, the lofts are interesting, but the ladders are dangerous

Boutique hotel. Location is ideal to access the historic central area and Khaosan road. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Helped arrange airport transfers at a good price. The rooms are unique and very clean. A/c works well. Steep staircase and low ceilings in the room.

The room was super nice, the ambience of the whole hotel is really cute. We loved the terrace with the outdoor bathtub. The indoor bathroom was clean and spacious. The AC was working fine, the hotel also offers breakfast with decent choices, coffee was great. I would definitely go back :) The hotel is in a good location, there are some sightseeing stuff in a walking distance. Expect some noise at night but nothing bad or excessive, however, might be a bit too much for very light sleepers. The area itself is calm at night but you will still hear traffic. If you have some problems with mobility, then be aware of very steep stairs, no elevator.

Breakfast was great! Location was ideal for our tours A lot of steep steps … but staff was very helpful with getting our bags up to our rooms.

The staff were so welcoming and attentive. They offered breakfast, we had waffles with honey and Americas (with an extra shot and steamed milk on the side). The rooms were comfortable and well decorated. The location was perfect. 3 temples with in a 5 minute walk

Only thing is that the room lacked light but that's to be expected in the old town.

The location was great, 30-40 min walk to most temples.

The breakfast was great. We thoroughly liked everything we ate. The location was very convenient as well. The room was very small and didn't even have room to open your luggage. When taking a shower the water goes everywhere (doesn't stay in the small bathtub).

We really enjoyed the location… close to all the major sites in the old town of Bangkok. The space has a very unique style, was comfortable and clean. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Loved it ? Nothing to do with the hotel at all …more to do with other Guests in the hotel. The building is older and converted into a boutique hotel? when you are staying on the upper floors, maybe take shoes off in the suite and do not roll your suitcase along floor especially late at night or early morning. It is not a cement building… just a FYI to future guests ??

The staff was great, super helpful. The hotel has a cafe downstairs and coffee and breakfast were good. Location is very good, walking distance to grand palace, Reclined Buda, the pier with the views of Wat Arun. Room was clean, good WiFi, a bit tight but good enough. Recommend. The shower is a bit short, am 5,10 and I almost touched the roof
