Breakfast in the hotel is always a good choice and well cooked. A great selection of local dishes as 95% of visitors seem to be Asian. A bonus if like me you find UK tourists embarrassing sometimes and I am English. The menu food in the restaurant is also always delicious and there is plenty of it. Nice rooms. Sizeable bathroom with bath and water hot enough for a bath. 3 elevators in the lobby so no problem getting back to rooms. Staff are always helpful and friendly. I visit Bangkok twice a year for 2 month stays. Airport to Elizabeth Hotel then after 3 or 4 days I head north. We always stay in this hotel. Swimming pool on the roof takes some getting to if young children or older people with just minor movement restrictions due to the high steps in places and little to no hand rail. It actually looks better in the pictures. Nevertheless, the rest of the hotel makes up for that. Nice rooms. Sizeable bathroom with bath and water hot enough for a bath.

Exceptionally nice staff. Location fabulous for just about everything . The only thing we didn’t like was how some clients treated the staff rudely

Not a complaint, just a suggestion: the hotel should provide two key cards per room so each guest can carry their own.

Food, of course. Decoration in the room is quite old fashion. Air condition is too cold and cant be adjusted.
