The rooms are incredible. Crafted some time ago with gorgeous dark wood, they are enormous and beautiful. The neighborhood is fantastic. Walkable and many restaurants and shops. The staff is fabulous. All were very kind and helped me a lot when I arrived with a broken leg.

The location THE COCKROACHES!

The location is very good, lots of shops and massage places around. The staff was very polite and nice First of all the cockroaches! To be honest i don’t mind if i see during my stay one or two randomly around, i’m not that picky, but here was different. It was all over the room and the worst, one night just before falling asleep i saw one just next to my head in bed. Disgusting! The bed is hard like a table with a slim mattress on top. No amenities like hair-drier, iron, not even at the reception. I would definitely not come again. Sorry for the nice staff from the reception.

Central location was good Ok this is where it gets fun. Hotel was filthy, curtains and walls all stained, it seemed like every 10 paces was another sign about a potential 2000-5000 baht fine you could get. Shower was filthy, towels were thread bare and ripped. Mattress was on the of firm thai ones thays are wrapped in leatherette, but they have no foam or similar topper so it's like sleeping on the floor. Even worse the air-conditioning hardly worked so you woke up a sweaty mess almost stuck to the leather. 2nd floor terrace out of order for entire stay. Hotel needs a full redecoration and deep clean The only hotel I have ever stayed in in Thailand that charges you for the water they leave in the room and no tea/coffee facilities
