Pretty good location on Soi 5. Small rooftop pool. Area is a little noisy at times but room was quiet enough. Breakfast was nothing special-I went elsewhere.

Very welcome environment, always opened my door. Excellent English speaking staff at the desk. Very good housekeeping, bed was very comfortable and ice cold air. I was not expecting a great view and what I had was fine. The windows are floor to ceiling which was nice. You see another nearby building.

A very good location. Located near to BTS and terminal 21 but away from the main road. The hotel was comfortable with very large bed. The room was cleaned every day with complimentary bottled water. A/C was good and wasn’t too loud. Hot water was a hit or miss during the morning. Most morning it did not give any hot water. Hot water seems to run best in the afternoon/evening. Visible signs of repair to the laminate flooring with some just taped over and paint flaking from the ceiling. Maybe it is a sign that the rooms are now needing some refurb. Staff doesn’t seem to care about customers shouting into phone or to each other in the lobby. Persons smoking weed at the pool and playing their music using their own speaker distracted the peace and relaxation.

Chan ton and her staff are excellent, ensuring all perfect. The beds are very comfy, showers are good and breakfast is abundant. Housekeeping are great respecting quiet time and the porters are super helpful. The rates could be more competitive to the Aspira group rates which include complimentary breakfast. Booking.com mark up rooms and breakfast making this non competitive
