It was close to where I had to go everyday during my stay. It was very clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was good It only had a TV with Thailand TV Chanels. There was NO English speaking Chanels and NO facility to have English Subtitles. Therefore I could NOT watch the TV at all. I would recommend to at least have English Subtitles so English speaking guests can watch the TV.. Especialyy for single travelers like I was

The Security Guard at this hotel was so nice, and he helped me in so many way. I also felt very safe staying at the Golden Orchid. I would highly recommend this stay.

The rooms were spacious, the staff was nice. Pool was fine as well. Cockroaches everywhere. Like seriously everywhere. I understand that in warm, humid countries you might encounter cockroaches, but not THIS MANY. I lost it when I found 2 in my bed. Staff was nice and gave me a new room, but I couldn't sleep much after that. The location isn't good either, nothing is nearby. But really my issue was the cockroaches.

The staff is helpful and Cindy, in particular, is very accommodating. She upgraded our room and it is very comfortable. Cleanliness is great in the hotel, the AC is cold, the breakfast is also good and the internet is free.

The pool and sauna facility was amazing! The staff upon arrival was very flustered and had multiple customers to deal with. I don’t blame this on him personally but maybe a management problem. The guy on the front desk was flitting between one customer and the other without finishing the check in for a customer. If he would’ve focussed on one person at a time he would have had a much easier transition from one to the next without people getting frustrated.

The place is perfect for someone who would like a nice sleep after busy days. Good hot water shower and air conditioning in the room and hotel.facilities. The room and facilities were very clean and well maintained. Good internet. Breakfast is awesome with a wide variety of options. The staff is always welcoming, helpful and friendly. Buses stops are close. Staff ready to get you a taxi if needed. Storing the luggage for us was really kind and helpful. We tried the fitness room, swimming pool, sauna and it was ok. We also had a nice massage in the health center at a good price. Having a laundry room that we could use (paid) was a plus. I'd suggest a better cleaning of the tub in the bathroom as it looked a bit wasted. Also, the gym equipment needs some maintenance.
