The bedding had a sweaty odor and there were hairs all over the bed. The property declined to give a full refund after immediately checking out. Stay away from this place.

AC not really working well,bit hot in room

The hotel is value for the money. Not bad if you’re on a budget. The staffs were all friendly, nice and helpful during my stay. It’s about 5 minutes walk to the BTS station. Restaurants and 7 Elevens all around. The hotel do need some upgrades. Didn’t like the smell in the hallway on my floor

Nothing The bathroom had a horrible strong sewage smell, and the bedsheets did not feel fresh at all, which made me question whether they had been properly washed. I specifically booked the room for the nice view, but instead received a very dark room covered with dark blue curtains from every angle. The “view” was only partially visible and mostly overlooked a dirty canal and the road. The apartments are also not very close to the main road, and the train station is approximately a 10-minute walk away. The room pictures are not realistic compared to what was actually provided. We even saw a huge lizard in the canal, which honestly ended up being the only cool part of the stay.

Staff were super kind and helpful Ventilation inside the place. Although the management cleaned the room properly but it smells bad as no fresh air accessing it

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and a comfortable atmosphere. Everything was clean and well organized. The team made me feel welcome and helped with anything I needed. Thank you for such a great experience.

The smell coming up from pipes in the bathroom. And the fact that whenever I ordered food from Grab , the Hotel address would automatically erase and put in the restaurant across the street. Also the staff made it known they were not Thai people because I needed help to communicate with the delivery guys, because they were confused as to why I was across the street at the restaurant. It never occured to me they would be that mean to after I stayed so long, and never made trouble. It really hurt my feelings. In my mind I'm thinking but you work here so don't you speak the language?

Friendly,good price Got room in sun side,and that room have dark blue curtains,so,day and evening was a bit hell inside room-AC works,but not enough, it's really taking time to cool down . Also it's road side,so,noisy. But I use earplugs )))

A convenient place for a good price. Studio room was spacious with plates and cutlery, sink, kettle and microwave which was good for self catering. Bed was super comfy. A little worn but perfectly adequate for the price. Convenient location with food curt across the road and 5 minute walk down to BTS and Lotus. Wifi abysmal

Very good staff Nothing

Location: Location in the city is great. Next to onnut station, very easy to get anywhere in the city. Easy to get a car to the airport without going through citycenter traffic. Is near a 7/11, and sits sight across from a food market that goes from 7-11:30pm. Staff: Staff are friendly and cordial 90% of the time. Especially the main owner, he's really nice. You can text them at any time, and they usually reply to messages quickly and can deliver extra toiletries or fix any problems with the room at any time. Amenities: Okay, good amount if outlets, strong pressure shower that runs long. You can always ask them to deliver more toiletries Cleanliness: Hallways arent great but the rooms are clean. No bed bugs, and the blinds are very thick to block all sunlight for those who want to sleep in. Noise: Walls are thick so you dont hear much from other guests. Some noise from slow moving traffic outside, but not much. Overall: Can be great for long stays depending on the room, though maybe more suited for shorter stays. Pay for a room on the higher floors thats not facing the river for less noise and bugs and cleaner air. Wifi: Wifi is spotty based on location - stronger near the doors due to router being in one room on the floor. Cleanliness: ○ Hallways are stained and needs a deep clean even though they are vaccumed regularly. ○ Ac unit has a unhealthy smell for some reason...either mold or smelly water being used. ○Towels you get can be stained sometimes. Always bring your own quickdry towel when traveling. ○ Watch where you put your food because ants can show up if you leave things lingering. Location: Depending on the room, you might be facing the putrid smelling river that flows next to this hotel, making ventilation impossible. Immediately ask for a change if you get one of these rooms. Staff: Most of all staff are cordial at all times, but some choice members are very lazy and unhelpful. Incident report: Some loser brought over a prostitute to his room and refused to pay her - in which she promtly decided to scream, yell, and bang on things in the hallway at 3am while calling the police ?. I messaged and called the 24h front desk, but even though the message said "read", it took them 20minutes to decide to reply to my message and come resolve the issue. At 3am. It's a cheap hotel, so you can expect these types of things and this type of service. Overall: I really wanted to like this spot for myself as a nomad, and stayed for a long periods at a time, but too many things piled up for me to say I can wholeheartedly reccomend this for long stays. Great for just a place to crash though.

It's my 6th or 7th time staying in this place. The staff have always been wonderful, but now for a change the Wifi situation has radically improved, and they gave me a very nice room in the main building. I will always choose this place, and it's a lovely energetic neighborhood. No complaints whatsoever.

Good location and friendly staff. Two days in, I noticed the ants in the room. I let staff know and they took care of it right away.

Internet signals are ok but speed speed is too slow
