nothing staff behaviour was very disappointing. every thing you will get after arguing with them even they didn’t interested to give you any water after breakfast, asking to pay bill for water. after arguing they agreed. there is no window for your room. we took 3 rooms got window for 1 room. you shouldn’t stay there with family. their owner’s behaviour was really fine but staff behaviour was very much bad.

Nothing. Did not stay at this hotel eventually due to claimed "lost booking"! Not a good experience. Claimed it was not their fault. After far too long a wait to sort this out, I agreed to stay at a sister hotel which was ok but not in an easy to find location and further from the centre, which is why I had made the original booking. Not ideal.

Location Having stayed at this hotel over many years when in bkk,, the place and room in need of refurbishment. A good clean would be beneficial Toilet had blood stains on the wall from a previous visitor
