The location and views are very nice. Staff are very helpful. It’s very convenient as it is connected to ICS and Iconsiam. The beds are very comfortable and the area is clean and smells great. Although the breakfast is very good with an assortment of choices, it doesn’t feel that much different from more inexpensive hotels.

Wonderful and modern decoration, room is new and comfortable. Wonderful breakfast with good variety and selection, views from the breakfast area was also excellent. One reception staff that checked me in need some more training. I have tried 4 cards to pay when checking in but the card reader seems to be showing an error. The staffed ask me if I actually have money to pay for my stay, I asked if the card reader is working properly and suggested for her to restart the card reader, she continued to insinuate that my card do not have funds to pay for my stay and the card reader was fine. When she finally restarted the card reader after I suggested for her to do so, my card went through with no problem. Thoroughly, enjoyed the stay but the initial experience at check-in was ruined because of this.

upon check-in my mom used the bathroom in room and when she locked the door it did not open. We had to report to front desk and they had to send their technical person to cut the lock hinge. Suggest that they check all locks during cleaning to ensure all are working accordingly.

I had to press the elevator buttons multiple times to get to my floor. I saw a few guests also having trouble with the elevator.

Great location - connected to Icon Siam Mall. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean spacious room and great value for money. Staff at the reception was exceptional, helped us to order taxi, guided us on many other aspects, and generally were very supportive! The restaurant at the hotel closes at 10:00pm

Loved the location, hotel is connected to ICONSIAM, just one stop away to BTS station, spacious room, comfy bed, wide selection buffet breakfast selection and very accommodating. I'm not sure but I think the AC is connected to a motion sensor where at times I would wake up in the middle of the night and feel the room is warm but when i start moving i hear the AC kick in again.

I liked the light color scheme used in the interiors. The extra inside lock on the room door for added security was also a plus. The hotel is located close to a mall and a 7-Eleven which is amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they provided me with several halal food options that I could order from the restaurant. I also appreciated having an iron in the room, which I always need for my wrinkled clothes. Lastly, my room had a great view of the city. Nothing so far.

Location was good as close to the pier.. Close to the Iconsiam with very expensive shops . Staff were nice The horrible smell in both rooms we had. Smelled urine like and we could not figure out if it was from the cleaning g products or coming from the aircon
