I had higher expectations because this is an IHG hotel, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet those expectations. Some of the staff were friendly, but not everyone was helpful, and I felt that a few team members could improve their professionalism and customer service. The rooms felt quite worn out and weren’t as clean as I expected. I understand this may be related to the hotel’s category, but cleanliness should always be a priority regardless of the star rating. I also ordered room service, and unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The eggs had a very strong smell that didn’t seem normal. Thankfully, the staff agreed to take the dish back without any issues, which I appreciated. The main advantage of this hotel is its location. If you’re traveling on a limited budget, it might be a suitable option. However, if cleanliness, comfort, and a more premium experience are important to you, I personally wouldn’t recommend it.

The rooms were nice...the stafff was very very helpful... the breakfast was good and included vegetrian options + had a indian and Arabic section considering we were from Dubai and resonated with this food better. The location of the hotel is good and connected to the skywalk which further connects to the BTS station or malls via the skywalk itself... They dont have a kids pool, value for the price paid felt a bit high .. Apa

there are NO better location than this hotel in front of Intercontinetal Hotel , the breakfast was awesome, room was OK confortable. "I would like to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience with one of the bellboys. He misled us by claiming he had booked a reservation for us at the spa across the street. However, when we arrived, we discovered there was no booking at all. It became clear that his intention was to manipulate us into going to a different spa that he is personally affiliated with. This kind of 'scam' behavior is unacceptable and ruined our evening."

With the great location, a little bit pricy was acceptable. The hotel was comfortable and had everything it should. The breakfast was marvelous. The staff was very nice, except for those in the breakfast service. There were many guests, so I thought they were not in a good mood. The room was nice and had enough space for luggage.

Good connecting hallways to Intercontinental, where we were attending a ball. Decent breakfast. Really love the fact that checkout is 12.30 so you can have a leisurely morning. Very central to everything and free parking. No valet service, and where to park was not immediately obvious.
