Location close to B’grad hospital. Clean everything you need. Road outside floods in heavy rain you need to wade through water to reach hotel.

The hotel is practically next to Bumrungrad International Hospital (also known as the American Hospital), which was incredibly convenient and saved me a lot of time and effort. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with a restaurant and coffee shop. The breakfast was varied throughout my stay. All the front-line staff were excellent, helpful, and attentive, but two employees in particular stood out for their warm welcome, helpfulness, and radiant smiles, which truly embody the beautiful spirit of Thailand. Their names are (Ticha) and (Ang). Thank you to all the staff and management.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The food quality was excellent, with a good variety and consistently fresh and well-prepared dishes. The pricing is very reasonable for what you get, making it great value for money. The location is also a big advantage—it’s conveniently situated near shopping areas and hospitals, which made everything much easier during my stay. Overall, a comfortable and practical choice that I would definitely recommend. Since it was my first time staying at the property, I didn’t really notice any major issues. Everything felt comfortable and met my expectations, so I don’t have any specific complaints to mention.

The room was decent and comfortable. Breakfast was small and limited with small varieties. staff and the quit atmosphere in the hotel.

room was good. the only shortcoming was, the staff did not inform that the key card used for electricity in the room was not valid for room / elevator. in most hotels one takes that key out when leaving room. i did such, and then could not go back up in elevator without returning to front desk for a valid key to return to my room. after that everything was great. very counterions, clean and helpful.
