Location is pretty central, the room is well equipped and the staff are extremely helpful. Breakfast could have been better.

The bathroom and shower were clean and organized. The room was comfortable. Easy to use and change the temperature. The hotel has everything I need, including a pool and a bar area.

The reception staff displayed a very poor attitude during my check-in process. In addition, when I requested an item to be delivered to my room, it took approximately 20 minutes for the staff to bring it. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. Most of the food options were vegetarian, and the dishes served were cold and appeared to be stale.

I loved the room! the room was nice and clean. The location was away from the craziness that can be Bangkok. I would really like to come back again and bring my wife and kids. The pool was really nice too! I didn't like the breakfast options at all.

I’m writing this review for Booking.com due to a poor experience I have had with this booking. I used the app in my first 2 attempts of booking this hotel. And both attempts failed but my cards were charged. The first attempt charged my card THB 3,764.05 although there app said that the booking request had a problem and it could not process it. There was also no email on the booking confirmation. At the time, I didn’t know yet that my card had been charged of said amount. So I thought the problem was with my card. I made another attempt using another card and again, the request could not be processed but my card was still charged with PHP 7,625.28. Just the same, no booking confirmation was received in my email. Out of desperation that I will not be able to book the room in the booking.com app, I booked this room usinh Agoda and the transaction was smooth. A few hours later, the Ibis hotel messaged me in the booking.com app saying that my booking has been confirmed. When I checked in and checked out of the hotel, I confirmed twice if their system was showing 2 booking transactions in Agoda and Booking.com in their system. The staff confirmed that they can only see my Agoda booking. The booking under Booking.com was not found. But in my app, the booking remains confirmed. Booking.com made it very difficult for their customers to reach out to them! No customer contact center or email to send your concern to except for the super limited AI chat. Overall, it was a stressful experience for my birthday stay in Bangkok. I’m not using this app anymore!

Location very close to the BTS Skytrain. Only 1 or 2 staff on duty in the lobby, but they were very helpful when it came your turn. No complaints about them. It was clean. Huge, huge hotel, impersonal, felt very much like a “cubicle” without many staff around. But then again, Bangkok is expensive, so if you are looking to save money for a short stay, it served the purposes for our visit but I would not want to stay more than a couple nights. The breakfast was not great, but you could order your eggs as you like them, so that was nice. The coffee/cappuccino machine was horrible, not sure what was going on with that. I couldn’t even drink it. I would not recommend paying for the breakfast if you are looking for western options. Eggs were good, bread was not good.

Stay here regularly when in Bangkok and the staff is always helpful and polite. Room has good shower, is spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast I great with many options. Highly recommend

Worst part is that I was charged twice for my stay in Ibis Styles properties (06 Sept to 08 Sept 2025). Since for visa, my travel agent booked ibis Styles Bangkok Sukhumvit Phra Khanong. Since taxi driver dropped me at ibis Styles Sukhumvit 4 suggesting it to be city center. I asked front desk to inform the other Ibis property, but they expressed limitation. I immediately sent email on 06th Sept 2025. However, no consideration given, and I was charged for two nights for two different locations of same Ibis Styles for same dates! I should be refunded though.
