Nothing it was all perfect

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, offering great service at reception and even providing laundry. Since I arrived early, I was able to unwind in one of the lounge rooms and relax before checking in. Maybe some coffee and tea in the room.

No smoking ,no swimming pool, no restaurant in hotel

Soft comfy bed and pillows and very quiet rooms due to the soundproofing. It was very clean and the staff are adorable. I love them ? I liked everything!

Value option in the center of the city. I booked the superior room, it has a large size desk for Bangkok standards and was able to work everyday comfortably. WiFi had issues because of their router WiFi 5 (slower than WiFi 6/7) and the Sukhumvit congestions that impact the wireless network as well. You’re at the end of Soi 2 with very few options downstairs for breakfast. First commercial area is a 5-10 minutes walk on Sukhumvit road.

I loved everything about this place. Went to stay here for my HYROX race, sad that i had booked another place closer to the venue. The room itself is very spacey, clean and everything is set in perfect positions, aircon works perfectly, bathroom was very clean and comfy, TV was 50inch (massive for a hotel), the staff were friendly and amazing. Absolutely nothing!

In order to go anywhere, you have to walk ~500m to exit the street, use the tuc tuc service provided by the hotel, or grab/taxi.

Room was decent and staff were very helpful. Shuttle to the main street was nice. Not really a residence. Unable to prepare meals with the facilities and equipment provided.

The hotel is somewhat hidden, probably a 5-10 minute walk from the main street. However you were away from loud music and noise so very restful sleep

Lovely spacious room with big bed and TV. Good location to get around walking or by grab Nothing comes to mind, would have been nice to have a pool but our trip was short

In overall, all accepteable. Be mindful on walling distance from bts to hotel espevially for elderly and kids. No room slipper.

Rooms were very spacious and very clean. Hotel provides good service. Loved the staff. The chill room and Toktok transport times need to be extended.

As always a 10/10…..if anything just easier usage of the TV for morning relaxation before you start your day. For the first time I did not get my usual 9th floor room….but every room is clean comfortable and awesome…. Also if shower water could get hotter…. But I am grasping for a complaint as the place is incredible.

Best if you leaving Thailand take a few rest days and stay there as it a walk to all things needed… Thank you so much ICheck residence and as always thank you Thailand and the always amazing Thai people ‼️❤️❤️. STEELE ?? Leaving !!!!!

the room was cleaned every day, it was big and spacious, the location was about 20-30 minute walk from all the malls in bangkok and overall just nice staff and good quality hotel. worth the price
