Booked the skyline suite for my family that was visiting. Overall a nice experience. We had two separate yet same bookings but apparently the second one came without complimentary breakfast but expensive anyway. Rooms were great, spacious, and the staff is nice overall. One of the staff was slightly judgemental during our second check-in and almost shoo’d us away thinking we only made booking at the moment and not earlier even though it was made 3 weeks in advance and confirmed as well. Had to debate back and forth to find my booking and then accommodate my family. Our first booking had a baby crib request that was accepted but not provided. Second booking was same but baby crib was provided. On request for later checkout, the judgemental staff rudely said we are full house and use second floor for shower and leave luggage in lobby. Despite explaining that we have an infant, the consideration was not there. Then came the capitalist twist where we were told to pay 1000 Baht for a stay extending 2 hours only which is 2PM. Considering that normal check-in is at 2PM and checkout is at 12PM, it’s easy to seek that duration for a slight delay of checkout. But the mindset of minting money out of someone in need took away the charm of staying peacefully. However, we paid anyway because I was hosting my family and did not want to embarrass them by dragging them out with the baby at 12PM and struggle outside till 8PM for their flight. This left an unpleasant taste. Hope this is fixed for others, I may not be using this hotel for next family visits.

We stayed for two weeks at JC Kevin, we loved how spacious our apartment was, great views of the city from the top floors, lovely pool and fantastic spa! Breakfast was good but could have better options. The rooftop restaurant and bar was fun and the team there were very nice. Thanks to May and the front desk team for making us feel welcome! Great value for money too :)

Great hotel for a business stay, friendly staff and spacious accommodation with great views of Bangkok!

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful city view. The location was convenient Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk was disappointing. We were not informed about the 2,000 THB security deposit in advance and were not given a receipt after payment. When we realized the deposit had not been returned, the staff insisted it had already been refunded without properly investigating. We waited for hours while they claimed to review the CCTV, but we do not believe a thorough check was actually done. Instead of helping resolve the issue, we were simply told to accept the loss. This left us feeling ignored and unfairly treated. The hotel also had a noticeable unpleasant smell in some areas and cleanliness could be improved.

Everything is so convenient. There a 7Eleven, food court inside and outside (2 min walk). In the hotel, there a bar, restaurant and coffee shop staffs are so nice and kind

The service was excellent. The the staff were nice and helpful.

But the hotel is old and the air condition is not working the the hall and the lobby so until you get to your room you will be sweating

I had a nice night room for a fair price. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Good lounge. Gym also good and lovely pool. Short walk to some local shops and BTS station nearby to go explore and dodge traffic! Didn’t work out TV but I was reading my book mostly anyway so most likely user error … by me

Best hotel I have ever been in.

View and location was good. Room was spacious. Swimming pool was decent, but lights were broken. AC was not powerful enough. Room was worn out. Shower head were hanging loosly and shower floor was very slippery. Rooftop bar was closed. Scheduled airport transfer was cancelled without notice. Agreed early breakfast package did not exist.

The staff was amazing. The property needs major renovations and upkeep.

I stayed at the hotel for almost 16 days. What I liked most were the facilities, although I believe there is still room for improvement. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast, but since I stayed for 16 days, I noticed that the menu was sometimes repetitive, and I often ended up having the same breakfast options. May be the breakfast but i have no comment on this

location staff and rooms some things are overused in the rooms

A bit far from the sky train, altough Grab service compensated that corner.

I chose this hotel despite reading some negative reviews beforehand, and I’m very glad I did. What I discovered after staying here is that many of the complaints I had read online were about minor things—small signs of wear, a stain here or there, or similar details that are understandable in a large hotel that clearly hosts many guests. In my experience, none of those issues affected the quality of the stay or the level of service. I stayed in the Sky Villa Two-Bedroom Suite, and it was honestly an incredible experience. The views were breathtaking. One of the things I appreciated most was having my own private bedroom space while the rest of the family could comfortably use the living and dining areas. It gave me quiet time to step out onto my own balcony, reflect, and handle some business matters privately. That combination of space, privacy, and scenery made a big difference during the trip. Another thing that really stood out to me about the suite was the soundproofing. As soon as you stepped into either bedroom, the quiet was immediately noticeable. The acoustics throughout the suite were incredibly controlled—you could tell right away that outside noise and neighboring rooms were not coming through. It created a level of privacy and calm that I honestly have not experienced in other hotels. As a music producer, I’m used to paying attention to how rooms sound and how noise carries, and this suite felt unusually well insulated acoustically. That level of quiet made it much easier to rest properly at night and added to the overall comfort of the stay. The location itself felt private and almost tucked away, yet it was still very close to everything I needed during my stay. I really enjoyed the pool and the gym, and the dining area was beautiful and spacious. I had lunch there one day and it was a very pleasant experience. One thing that stood out immediately was the staff. If I had to mention a few minor things for future guests to be aware of, they mostly relate to distance and the size of the property rather than the quality of the hotel itself. The nearest 7-Eleven is a bit of a walk, and elevator traffic in the tower can take a little extra time during busier periods like lunch and dinner since there are three elevators serving that section. It’s understandable given the size of the building, but it’s something to plan around if you’re moving in and out frequently. Access to the BTS is also a longer walk than some travelers might expect. I personally don’t mind walking, but because I was traveling with family, I had to think more about convenience. If you’re planning trips to places like Asiatique or ICONSIAM, I would recommend using Grab instead. It usually cost around ฿150 one way during our stay and made things much easier and less stressful, especially when traveling with children or a group. The property itself is quite large and clearly designed to encourage guests to enjoy the restaurants, lounges, and amenities on-site rather than going out constantly. That worked well for us overall, but it’s helpful to know in advance if you’re planning frequent short trips outside the hotel. The suite included a water heater for coffee and preparing baby formula, which was very helpful. The only small thing I noticed was that there isn’t a cooking setup in the room. From a hotel management perspective, that actually makes sense and helps keep rooms clean and comfortable for all guests. At the same time, the amount of counter space available in the suite was impressive and very useful for our family during the stay. Overall, these were very minor considerations and did not take away from the experience at all. I’m sharing them simply so future guests can plan ahead depending on their travel style and expectations.

It was clean and tidy. The staff were welcoming. The service at the restaurant was none existent. We were then treated like criminals to pay for our drinks before we ordered food and were not allowed to charge anything to our rooms. It’s supposed to be a 5 star hotel, I do not have to expect to wait over 10 minutes to order food whilst trying to find someone to do it. We stayed in other hotels in Bangkok and had such better service.

I stayed in the Skyline Two-Bedroom Suite with a living room and private balcony on the 33rd floor with my family. There were four of us, and the room was very big and spacious ? more than comfortable for four people. The room was very quiet. You can hear a little bit of car noise, but that’s completely normal since the hotel is located in the middle of the city. It actually gives you that real Bangkok vibe. I really enjoyed the facilities, especially the swimming pool and the gym, which I used during my stay. All the staff were very kind, polite, and helpful. The location is also very convenient and not far from many tourist attractions. During our five-day stay, my parents and I were able to visit many places easily. Overall, we had a great experience here and would definitely recommend this hotel. -
