I had a pleasant stay at Lemontea Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. We received a complimentary lemontea on our arrival which helped with the relaxation due to exhausting trip. Their reception area smells really good and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and spotless clean. They are also very accommodating with our requests to clean the rooms. None. Overall experience is great.

I like the room smell and the toilet. The smell was so so nice, even though I did not ask for cleaning. The staff was so polite and helpful, with a smiley face all the time. They even helped us to bring our items each time we came back from shopping. Carry our luggage from and into the Grab also. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great location and comfort bed Window - pls upgrade to blackout curtain. Strong sunlight. We can’t sleep late. Toilet - not enough space for putting toiletries.

It was near shopping markets (pratunam, indra, etc) . We need not take a taxi to go to places like platinum, central world, Big C, siam paragon as they were within a reasonable walking distance. There were lots of massage places around the vicinity too. The receptionists were very helpful especially AE who suggested this seafood eatery loved by locals which became our #1 fave resto (jaecoy) during our 10 day trip.

It really aligns with their theme of Lemontea. Even if it’s in a busy city like Pratunam once you enter you feel so calm and so relaxed with a clean atmosphere. The staff is excellent! They were so friendly and helpful ?. The rooms were so spacious and housekeeping was done when we wanted! The best part is they have a laundry as well to wash and dry our clothes! So close to all the shopping malls and street food. Have visited Bangkok like thrice but this was the BEST STAY EVER!

Near to Pratunam Market and platinum fashion mall and Pratunam Night Market. Walking distance to BTS. Many massage centers around Sound proofing nit so good.
